Services
The Cottages of Anderson participates in a special program allowing them to offer affordable rents. You may qualify for our quality housing if your income falls within the guidelines below. We encourage you to contact our leasing center for more information if you believe you may qualify. In order to qualify and be approved for this "affordable housing", verification of your household's eligibility will need to be documented.

I absolutely love my home I have all the amenities and then some every single thing works maintenance is amazing the office staff is outstanding they actually care Tyler goes above and beyond to meet the residence needs Diane before leaving for maternity leave made sure all the I was dotted and T‘s crossed for my move in and that I was happy you can tell that she takes her job to heart and cares also about her tenets I would recommend this place to anybody is you are come check it out I came From what was voted best community of the year three years in a row and let me tell you something this

I’m coming from out of town to visit my mother. I. Have a service dog that has to be with me. I called to ask if it was ok to have my go in there for a week I was I had to pay a 300 dollar deposit no refundable . For a visit I had to laugh . I could understand if I was moving there but I’m not. It’s ok I called Hoosier woods where a baby leaves all they asked for is I clean up from the dog out said .
