This is one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had at an apartment before. the apartment themselves are very nice and spacious. however the walls are thin, the parking is horrible, and the leasing office team isn’t very helpful. i’ve had no heat in my apartment (56 degrees) for two days now and all they did was give me one space heater to share between my roommate and i . i have tried to call multiple times to get help but no one has reached out with information. when i went into the leasing office to try to get help genie was not helpful whatsoever and told me that i’m going to have to

My daughter lives here and their isn't very good parking, we normally have to park far away and walk to the apartment, even the residents have to park far away normally. The walls are very thin so do not expect any privacy. The most disturbing thing is my daughter and her roommate had mold on the celling because of the condensation from the air conditioning, they were told to by maintenance to turn the air conditioner down (it was set at 69) in the middle of summer, maintenance just scrapped it off and painted. Friend and his wife live here.. The apartment is modern with respect to color scheme and layout.. Kitchens are very large & have lots and lots of cabinet space.. Access to garage areas is convenient.. Weight room and pool are great extras! One observation: a noisy neighbor (footsteps/music) can be heard through the ceiling.. Another observation: at night it can be difficult to find a parking space.. Sometimes one has to park against the curb near his/her garage. Affects visitors as well. Despite this, I'd rate this a complex on the higher end of the scale.. It is still new, and a lot of the kinks

Previous reviews are dead wrong. They are apartments first off, if you have a heavy stepper living above you, that's not the property's fault, talk to your neighbor. These are more of the quieter apartments I've lived in, modernized and has style. You can tell disgruntled tenants from the reviews, and it is definitely not from the property, amenities, neighbors or managers.

We've been here over a year - first it's was awesome. New apartments that are incredible with the amenities.When we moved in, things were amazing, clean, friendly. We had some minor issues but were quickly resolved. The issue is not with the apartment itself. The issue is with horribly rude neighbors, the lack of parking, lack of actual water pressure in the buildings. Like another user said, the valet service fee is a racket, you can hear everything through the walls / floors, hallways common areas are not tended to regularly. The ladies in the front office are best in class. They are helpful and care about their tenants, address issues quickly and are more than courteousl.
Maintenance is fast to respond, and ore than reasonable in follow ups.
Apartments are beautiful, modernized and well maintained. Facilities is almost like being at a small resort, a home away from home while at home.

32 Union is amazing! The application process was fast and easy, and Hanna is incredible! She was so sweet, made sure I was satisfied, and went higher than my expectations. The apartments smelled brand new and fresh, and were very open and met my needs! The price is absolutely amazing for the great quality and area, would highly recommend to everyone.

Great apartment community! Apartments are new and very nice; the hallways and common areas are kept very clean. There is adequate parking and I have never had an issue not being able to park reasonably close to my door/building. Management and leasing staff are very nice and will go out of their way for residents. I have submitted one work order and it was addressed very quickly. I would recommend 32/Union to others looking for an apartment in the Noblesville area!

We had a pleasant stay with 32 Union while our home was being built. The staff here are amazing. The staff will take any concern you have seriously and handle it swiftly. The amenities are amazing! Our neighbors were all very kind and we felt safe living there. Our kids will miss the pool and basketball court. We will miss close proximity to the stores and the valet trash service! Thank you Hannah and 32 Union staff!

The apartments are loud, I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. When people walk upstairs my whole apartment shakes. The employees never follow through or follow up on anything. The property manager has lied to my face on several occasions. They are charging $80 for water bill in 1BR. They charge you for this valet living to pick up your trash and the service is unreliable. I cannot wait till my lease is up. Plus they don't clean common areas or wear masks in the office or during apartment tours during this COVID-19 pandemic. if you're homeless in Noblesville I'm pretty sure

I've been living here since late summer and absolutely ADORE my apartment. The neighbors are kind and respectful, management is great, i've only had to utilize maintenance a few times, all of which were a great experience. Kitchen and bathrooms are modern and luxurious. The layouts are simple but innovative which allow you to make it your own. I've never felt more safe in an apartment. If you're looking for luxury living, cost effective, great location, and all around amazing complex, 32 Union has it!!!!
