Liz made the loan process so smooth and she got us a great rate! She helped us so much along the way and would take our calls at anytime, even on the weekends. Liz's responsiveness, initiative, tenacity/persistence and bed side manner were more than I could ever hope for. From the moment we first spoke (on a Friday night - after hours), she took the ball and RAN. Coming from my sister, a closing professional for over 20 years, they didn’t disappoint. Marc & Liz are exceptional at their craft. No mortgage application process ever runs without a few speed bumps along the way. They guided us through every step of the process.
