Services

Our Family prides itself on patient centered care and evidence-based practices. We work closely with each other, as well as, the rest of your healthcare team.
Physical therapists are experts in movement and function. Our highly trained PTs work together with your physician to improve quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands-on care, modalities and patient education. Physical therapists treat individuals who have injuries, disabilities, or other health conditions that affect their ability to function.
Occupational therapists are the experts in activities of daily living. Our highly trained Occupational therapists examine each person and then develop a personalized treatment plan. The treatments are designed to help people recover from injury, to regain skills and provide equipment recommendations for returning to their prior level of function.
Speech therapists are the experts in communication, speech and swallowing. Our highly trained speech and language pathologists examine each person for speech or swallowing dysfunction and establish an individualized treatment plan. This plan is designed to improve safe swallowing and overall communication and interaction within a person's environment.
Most insurance plans have therapy coverage. Currently we are Medicare provider for our outpatient facility. For in home services we partner with several home health agencies that cover most major insurances. Our wellness programs are private pay programs not covered by insurance. Your first appointment will be time to meet your therapist to discuss your issues.

Keystone Rehab Services is an excellent company to both work for as well as receive services from. Keystone values their patients and employees and it shows through their long term staff as well as patient referrals and returning patients. As a wife of a Keystone Rehab Therapist I am extremely happy my husband has found a job where they treat staff like family and patients as people and not just a number.
