I became a personal trainer and nutrition coach because I have a passion to help people achieve their fitness and health goals. I graduated from the University of New Hampshire and have multiple certifications through the nationally accredited organization, AFAA.
I enjoy the nutrition and fitness work I do with many special populations ranging from pregnant and postpartum women, the morbidly obese, the elderly, people in early addiction recovery, those suffering from disordered eating, and folks suffering from diabetes.I work with men and women of all ages and abilities.

Services
Each session with me is an hour and will work and stretch your entire body. I come to you at your home or office, or we can even train at a local park. I bring a variety of equipment to keep things interesting so your body never plateaus: stepper, weights, balance ball, medicine ball, resistance bands, jump rope, Bosu trainer, Kettle bell, etc.
Diet is just as important as exercise (I'd actually say MORE important) if you're looking to lose weight. Not only that, but if you're not eating the right macronutrients, your exercise efforts will be wasted. Your body needs the proper fuel to repair and build muscle tissue and to become a lean, fat-burning machine.
Dieting isn't easy (or usually sustainable long-term) That's why I don't want to teach you a "diet" but instead a manageable lifestyle. My goal for you is to learn portion control, the average amount of calories you should be eating per day and the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat. If you're on the go, at home, or at a restaurant, you will have the tools needed to choose the right foods and "budget" your calories.

I eat a lot of Greek yogurt (just ask my husband) It's filling, full of protein and has a thick, creamy texture that feels somewhat decadent. I'm always creating yummy ways to incorporate yogurt, and my Yogurt & Oatmeal Parfait is one of my favorites. People who train with me often see me eating it and ask how to make it.

I have been working out with Robin in Alpharetta since Fall of 2019. We were in person, at my home, which I love, until COVID, when she quickly shifted to online training so as to not loose all the progress I had made.
Robin is in the right balance of pushing you ('cause, let's face it, most of us don't wake up every day DYING to work out) and being encouraging and supportive (because screaming trainers are not really my thing).
She uses diferent props, varies the exercises constantly so that you get a phenomenal rotation of muscles worked, and can adapt to any special requirements

Robin is a great personal trainer that pulls from many different exercise techniques. She is engaging, and her workouts are never boring because they change every session. She is on time and reasonably priced for the quality of training she offers.
I was two months post Caesarian and needed to get moving. Robin was a great help and worked with me on modifying when needed. I highly recommend Robin as a personal trainer.

Robin is fantastic! I started working out with Robin three weeks ago in Atlanta. She is dependable, organized and flexible with my complicated schedule. I have already made tremendous gains, feel stronger and have more stamina. She has a positive and cheerful demeanor which helps motivate me to push harder. She also changes up the mixed cardio and strength routines to keep it interesting. I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

Robin is highly-skilled at curating a tailored exercise program that works for you. Robin will teach you about exercise and nutrition and she will motivate you without annoying you. Robin is the best! She trains both me and my wife and has become part of our family! After my wife had twins, Robin brought her expertise of fitness and nutrition to our house and now my wife is in great shape and enjoys working out again. As for me, i usually can't sit the day after we've done squats or lunges but I that's what I ask for and I guess that means I'm progressing! We can't say enough fabulous things about Robin!

So bummed Robin is moving to Georgia, but Atlanta, this is your gain. Robin is a wonderful trainer with the amazing ability to create challenging new workouts every single training session. Honestly, I had not idea there were so many ways to do a lunge or a squat. She's a great motivator and has a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and strength training. She's 100% reliable, always on time and always made working out fun and invigorating. I'll miss her.

Robin is the best it gets! She always kicks my butt just the way it needs to be kicked. I love the combination of cardio and strength. My body is always trying to keep up, and I feel a million times stronger since I started working out with her. Also love the flexible scheduling and that she comes to you! My only complaint is that she's moving away from me!!! Man, LA just lost a great one to Atlanta!

I have been training with Robin for nearly 2 years. Unlike many trainers, she is extremely educated about exercise and always arrives with a customized and thoughtful plan for the session. She makes use of my own body weight and other smaller weights so as not to require the purchase of a large amount of equipment. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I found Robin through Yelp and it totally doesn't lie. She's just awesome. The convenience has been irreplaceable - popping to my house to work me out. She's easy to schedule and totally flexible with my new mom madness. Importantly, she knows her stuff. She pulls the coolest routines that combine butt-kicking cardio and strength training intervals. I swear I have not done the same one twice. It's always a great sweat and on top of that she's stellar company and super cute. My wife and I have been seeing Robin twice a week for about six months now. We had never really done any kind of fitness training before, and our future of exercising was probably hinging on whether or not we found a trainer we liked. Luckily we found Robin, who was exactly what we needed.

After my first child and before my second pregnancy, I found myself in this "not quite back to my old self" place, but wanting to have another baby. It was important for me to feel like my body had gotten back to a good baseline before getting pregnant again. Baby number two would be delivered at age 40, which meant that my ability to bounce back would be a bit more challenging.

My wife and I have been training with Robin twice/week at our house for about a month now and couldn't be happier. I was so out of shape that I almost died at the first session. Now, I wish she was coming every day - though I did feel like I was going to die at our last workout! I really couldn't ask for much more. I look forward to feeling great every Wednesday and Saturday. If you're looking for somebody to help you out, Robin is well worth it! Do it! You'll feel great!

I met Robin in a class that we were both taking, and when she mentioned being a personal trainer, we struck up a conversation about exercise and health. I have always worked out a lot, but often find myself in ruts, because I get bored with my routine and need to learn some new strategies to change it up and reinvigorate my workout. I decided to do a few training sessions with Robin in order to do exactly this. She gave me some new ideas and taught me some new exercises - especially some to target areas of my body that I had unintentionally been neglecting a bit (darn routine!).

I was lucky enough to serendipitously find Robin on craigslist over 2 years ago and have been training with her weekly ever since. I could not imagine my life without her, and feel healthier, stronger and more fit than in a long, long time. She empowers me with not only circuit workouts to do in between our training sessions on my own, but also key food & diet nuggets of knowledge to keep me fit and healthy as a lifestyle change.
