I hired Michael Hancock because I was looking for a small firm. I've used the bigger firms. And never got the attention I deserved. So when I spoke to Mr Hancock when he asked me what happened. Well I felt like I was on the stand being cross examined. I felt like he didn't believe a word I was saying. At that point the way I felt after our conversation I should of fired him then! But I waited til our next conversation to make him aware of how I felt. How I felt I was being cross examined. He apologized for making me feel that away.
