Fred Shepherd was so great to work with in finalizing our case. I highly recommend this firm for anyone looking for an advocate. I was in an accident and the other driver's insurance did not want to do the right thing. Not only did Vickery & Shepherd take my case when they did not need to, but they were extremely patient with my constant calls and questions. Karin and Andy were who I worked with and they were both stellar. Andy absolutely worked to get me the best possible outcome and Karin was great about keeping me in the loop and doing lots of the heavy lifting.
