Bob was amazing. He scheduled an appointment for the next day after confirming he had a water heater for us. He arrived on time and kept us updated on his arrival time. Installation went beautifully. But Bob went above and beyond by loading up our our broken water heater along with the replacement water heater I ordered but that could not be installed and followed me to Home Depot and even waited in line with me to assist in the return. Bob is first class and should be your first and only call if you are having water heater trouble.

We woke up to a leaking water heater; after looking around on Yelp, we called Bob based on the other positive reviews. We called him around 10am and after texting some photos of our existing tank, he gave us a quote and let us know that he could be at our house the same day by 12:30pm. After arriving, he answered our questions, let us know that it'd take him about 1.5-2 hours, and he was off to the races! Our water heater was going out after 13 years. After further research, we decided to go with Bob. It was a decision well made. Bob is AWESOME!!! After reading the awesome reviews, I contacted Bob for an estimate on our 20+ year old water heater that was hissing like a mean feral cat. He asked for some photos and was able to give me an estimate--- said he could do it the next day! Bob was every bit as friendly, knowledgeable and professional as previous customers said! Bob is amazzzzzing! We noticed that it's time to retire the old water heater, so I was tasked with researching water heater. I am all about helping the small guys but what started off as great from reviews to pricing went south upon arrival he couldn't get his truck up my driveway because the gate was too low. So I said can you park across the street and dolly over? He said sorry I have a bad back and drove away! Not a good way to make an impression 😕 maybe it's time to get out of the business or get help.

He is very responsive and communicative.

I called Bob this afternoon because I have a water heater at a business and the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Everyone I have spoken with was unable to service a commercial business. Bob was unable to come this afternoon, but provided some helpful troubleshooting over the phone, and gave a referral to another technician that might have been able to do the job. Our 26-year-old electric water heater decided that Saturday afternoon was finally time to call it quits. I noticed the rug in front of the heater was, well, squishy around 5 p.m., spent the next couple of hours freaking out, emptying the tank, and researching water heaters and water heater installers. Bob was friendly and did fantastic work. I called and described the water heater I needed replaced, he made sure to get all of the proper information and verified that he had a unit that could fit as a replacement. We set an appointment to get the unit installed, he showed up precisely on time (at the beginning of the time window even!), explained what he was going to do, and did great work. When it was done, he talked a bit about the heater and explained the various adjustments and settings, as well as giving some advice on the components of my house's plumbing he could see. This was fantastic
