Artiste is a winery and tasting studio experience that transports you to an 1880s working art studio, modeled after Hotel Baudy, the tiny inn in Giverny, France, where the Impressionism movement kicked into high gear. As you sip and stroll around our comfortable Tasting Studios in Los Olivos we encourage you to share with us your own impressions of our wines, art and artisan foods.

I've been a somewhat longer term club member on/off mostly on from later 1990's to early 2000's through the present, and have been a devout fan of their wines.
I especially likes the new offerings of local artisanal food/ wine pairings as part of their wine tasting experiences.
On some of my most recent visits I've had the pleasure of meeting Ashley. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the wine and expertise of the pairings is amazing. She's engaging and so attentive. A nice breath of fresh air to ease any of your daily stresses, and took their amazing wines to another

This tasting room is such a cool experience! Our host had very animated descriptions of the wines (I forget her name but she had reddish hair). The wine itself is delicious and the bottles are gorgeous. They are dog friendly and we're very sweet to our dogs - even giving them some organic treats. This was my favorite tasting experience in Los Olivos. Our friends recommended to go here and it did not disappoint!

We became members in September. Labor Day weekend I believe.
We love Erika! She has a delightful personality! She has some of the mannerisms as Diane Keaton. Anyways, she is special.
Hubby loved the wines except for the wine with the white lady on the cover.
I liked them all. My favorite wine by far is called Autumn (something). It is a red blend. Mmm .($60 a bottle).
I normally only drink reds. I am so in love with their Chardonnay. I bought a bottle on Thursday and a bottle on Friday. I am going back today to buy another bottle. ($28 a bottle)

My husband and I were on our way to SLO when we found this area in Los Olivos full of wineries- I let him pick the winery and Artiste is what he chose because of the art that they also show. It did not disappoint! I absolutely loved the beautiful paintings and great wines! We bought four- The Chardonnay, Timeless, Ladera Floral and Rooted. Ashley and Dave were wonderful! We are not from around here but we will be back!!

This was my favorite tasting room of the wineries we visited during our trip to Los Olivos. The marriage of art and wine really spoke to me. I enjoyed the fact that the wine was inspired by the artwork and they have featured artists creating the art for their labels.
This tasting room is a feast for the eyes and the palate. The resident sommelier is knowledgeable and describes the wines in relatable terms.

First time wine tasting since quarantine and it was the perfect first tasting. Art lines the walls while you try different wines. It's one of the most unique wine tasting experiences I've ever experienced. Who doesn't want to enjoy a glass of wine surrounded by beautiful paintings. Ashley took such good care of us and perfectly catered to our pallets.

Wow...what a great afternoon! Came here on a whim from the recommendation of another great local winery. Their specialty is blends, with an emphasis on robust full flavored Reds. Everything we had was delicious and the staff were amazing. Huge shout out to Tammy and Robert who made for an incredible afternoon!

My friends and I came here for wine tasting to celebrate my 21st. We had such a great time! Ashley was extremely accommodating because our group was larger than anticipated. Pat was our server and he was excellent. Obviously with a group of young ladies, you don't always expect your server to be in the best mood but we were totally loving Pat's energy. All of the wines were excellent (coming from a group where about half didn't like wine)!

Absolutely loved this winery. They were so kind to us, we had our kids with us and they let them paint, gave them snacks and just made us feel so welcomed. The wine is AMAZING, so good that we bought 3 bottles and got a membership! Beautiful artwork on each bottle, and gorgeous pieces for sale around the studio as well. This is a must visit if your in the area!

I went to Artiste with my boyfriend on Sunday and could not have had a more wonderful time. Roberto was excellent and felt like we were catching up with an old friend. He never rushed us and even encouraged us to look at all the paintings around the studio. Coming from Los Angeles during these unpredictable fires that we are having, we were hesitant to even head up to Los Olivos for our trip. Roberto and the other wineries made us realize that life is too short and it's worth experiencing everything while you can.

We first encountered Robert at the Torreti tasting room and this winery was also highly recommended by Marissa(?) over at Dreamcote.
The winery has a great collection of art, many places to sit (we chose the bar) and a good location just off the main drag. They specialize in true artisan Rhone or Super Tuscan blends plus an interesting series

Artiste is a pretty awesome spot to do some wine tasting. The workers here are always nice, and their wines taste great. To boot, this winery has a lot of top notch art on display to enjoy during your visit. They even have an easel on display for visitors to paint their own!
I've been here a few times now, and it never disappoints. Everything about this place is a class act. Located in Los Olivos, this winery is fairly small, with just two indoor rooms to wander. It doesn't have the appeal of a big winery with lots of beautiful land, but don't let that deter you from visiting.

I came to Artiste on the recommendation of my best friend's father who is a respectable and avid wine connoisseur. He's a wine club member here and has their wine shipped regularly all the way to Florida!! So I knew going in I was in for a treat and I certainly was right.
The whole concept of Artiste wine seems to be have art compliment wine. The whole tasting room has a cool artistic and laid back vibe. The wine bottles themselves are in fact a work of art. It's almost painful to drink from them they're so beautiful. Each bottle has a wax sealed cap and gorgeous artistic

What a wonderful surprise! This winery specializes in blends and thier Red blends are "Off The Hook" good!
I fell in love with the Fruition (Pictured), a GSM blend with a "Twist" 3% Viognier .... so 54% Grenache, 36% Syrah, 7% Mourvedre, & 3% Viognier .... OUTSTANDING!
Hard to find this little Gem, but don't give up, until you do.

Love the wines here and the beautiful labels on all the bottles. They make great candle holders after you have finished the wine. The tasting room has a artsy vibe and everyone is knowledgeable about the different blends.
Always one of my favorite stops in town!

Love Artiste tasting bar. Not only is it a cute tasting room to browse around and hang out, there's even an easel with paint and paint brushes ready for you to explore your inner artist, unleashed by good wines. A picture is worth a thousand words -00- see my pic! Marelina was the sweetest and we had such a lovely time chatting with her and sharing stories as we enjoyed generous pours. Oh and don't forget to do your Yelp!checkin for a treat, wink wink!
