Services
Humble beginnings can craft character for the better if allowed. It is in this spirit the Vincent family patriarch's love of wine and great respect for those exceptional wines, vineyards, and winemakers guided his hand in the design and execution of Vincent Vineyards & Winery. Like so many things, actions speak louder and that promise is held close by the entire team every day we operate.
Our estate grown wines are primarily of the Bordeaux varietals. To create the type, style, and quality the finest farming, cultivation, stock, and soil are employed. Importantly, with an exceptional winemaker committed to our vision we offer the following for your enjoyment. Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world's most widely recognized red wine grape varieties.
This exquisite wine fills your nose with berry compote, lavender, vanilla and sweet cigar box leading your palate into elegant tannins balanced with white pepper, cloves and violets. Well developed, mouth filling flavors of lush ripe berries and spicy earth aromas give this wine an incredible soft round palate with a long elegant finish.
Hold on to your taste buds as this beauty will dance all over your mouth! Bursts of ripe black cherry, blackberry and currents come alive while the oak inserts toffee, clove and vanilla notes. The palate is welcomed by fine tannins and the finish is silky and round. The Cabernet Sauvignon lots were all hand sorted then de-stemmed and cold soaked for 3 days.
This wine begins with pure concentrated characteristics of plums, blackberries, rhubarb, earth, leather, cedar and molasses. Dense fully ripe tannins grip your palate with this wines juicy mouth feel and long lingering finish. This is a dense full-bodied true to varietal style gem. The Petit Verdot was hand sorted for quality then de-stemmed.

Love this winery on the way to Santa Barbara. They have a really nice back patio and you sit amongst the grape vines. Perfect to hang out in the afternoon and enjoy some really good wine. Great service also. Prices are really good especially for the pretzel and almonds must try with the wine.
They also have a great selection of chocolates you can order inside and have it delivered to your table.

Vincent's winery was recommended to us by another winery and we were offered by one tasting get one free so I said why not? The staff was great! The winery in it's self was kinda boring and the wines one step above that. It's the kinda of place you go to once, say not bad but never go back to! Although they served probably one of the best chocolates I have tried in America !
