Depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, sleep issues, and many other struggles we face can be addressed through learning how to live in the present.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and former Clinic Administrator for a public mental health agency, I have gained the knowledge, experience and training needed to educate others about the mental health needs and approaches for a variety of populations. In addition, I earned the 2016 Ventura County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission Award of Excellence for my contributions in this arena.
