Jesse's Shoe Repair

I waited a long time to spend money on a custom made pair of boots. Jesse's made me a pair of Cayman lizard (with a matching belt) and I couldn't be happier. The difference between custom and off the shelf is huge. All the folks there were terrific to work with. I highly recommend them if you want a great boot experience.

Jesse's Shoe Repair has tailor made my boots since 2008. I wear boots to work everyday, to play on the weekends, and to church on Sundays. I wear boots 365 days/year. Since 2008 I don't remember one complaint I've had about their boots. They are like an old friend, they keep coming back and holding up.

No one had mask on and employees where coughing and cleaning their noses. Hope I don't get sick . I had my mask on. Pandemic not over yet!!!!!

They make fantastic boots, belts and many other things. Great boot repair and alterations as well. Can't go wrong here. I've done business here for many years and has always been great.
Danny and Maria hooked me up with a beautiful pair of MTM customs that fit amazingly and are exactly what I wanted.

I've used Jesse's twice now. They replaced the soles on my oldest pair of boots and made them look like new. Then I took them a pair of boots that was given to me which were too big. They completely took them apart, cut them down to size and made them fit me perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work... and will definitely go back for any boot repair I need in the future.

I had a pair from Cavendars for a wedding I am in on 9/5 and of course after I Canvendars tells me there is nothing they can do to help me.
I go over to Jesse’s Boots and have the best experience! The most helpful staff, the fact that Maria listened to what I needed and gave me feedback on what she thought would work. I have never felt more taken care of at any store!
Still not a boot person but I will absolutely go back for a pair to do I can have some nice boots for any occasion! I’m also bringing friends there

I have been a customer of theirs for many years, since they had a shop on Main street in Pasadena. As of today, August 14, 2020 I will find another boot/shoe repair company to give my business to. My shoes were suppose to be ready Wednesday August 12, 2020 after dropping them off Thursday, August 6, 2020. I was not able to make it to the shop until this morning. That left them extra time for any kind of issue. This morning I was informed that the shoes were not complete due to a shortage of material. I was given no notice of this Wednesday, when they were suppose to be ready, nor yesterday, Thursday

Jesse's is a family owned business that I've been going to for all my boots, hats and any western attire I may need. AWESOME SERVICE, and reasonable prices. They do spectacular boot shinning as well as saddle reconditioning and boot and shoe repairs.....Highly recommend this place..

Jesse's Shoe Repair is the best leather repair shop in Texas. I've lived all over the great Lone Star State and had many a boot repair over the years. I've brought multiple items to Jesse's and they've always exceeded my expectations with their friendly service, outstanding workmanship, and pricing that seems almost too low for the high quality results. Each of Jesse's shops are family owned and they genuinely embrace excellent customer service.

Amazing. Packed full of boots. They clean & fix boots & shoes. They'll custom make boots & belts. Today, they had a sale outside. Any pair, of the ones outside, $65. Great deal. They have some hats, chaps, hat bands. I gotta go back. A lot of my boots need resoleing.
