Took my mother-in-law (who is NOT internet savvy and asked me to post) to try Waxing with Aggy as a gift. When we arrived, the place was upbeat and immaculate. Everyone was very friendly and professional. She was beyond thrilled with Destiny's waxing service. Despite being very nervous (it was her first time) she said Destiny quickly made her feel at ease. She gushed about how little it hurt, how Destiny explained each step beforehand, and was very gentle and respectful during the entire service. Tori is my girl! I didn’t have the best experience during my first wax appointment (at a different place) but wanted to try again before calling it quits. Tori made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. She is quick, efficient, meticulous, and very knowledgeable about aftercare. On top of that, as soon as you walk it’s a vibe! I got a Brazilian wax with Tori for the first time. She was very attentive, and walked me through each step. It was far less painful than my previous experiences. She gave thorough aftercare instructions and even checked after a few days to remind me to exfoliate. I love her and will be returning. If you’re looking for a new wax tech she’s your girl! I had never waxed before coming to Waxing with Aggy. My friends suggested to wax before doing a Boudoir photo shoot. I followed the IG page to prepare and know what to expect and look forward to. Booking was easy and the pre information was painless. My first time meeting Amber she made me feel like I had known her forever. We talked through my session and it made the time go by fast and I wasn’t uncomfortable. She also walked me through the areas that I would feel more. I have been getting waxing services from Waxing with Aggy for many years now. My normal services are underarm and full Brazilian waxes. Kim is my esthetician and has been a joy to be around for all these years. She is clean, efficient, quick (not rushed), and has a beautiful spirit!! I've been coming to Waxing With Aggy for years now and the service has remained phenomenal. I primarily get Brazilians and you can't go wrong with anyone on stuff but Kim is my favorite. Predatory practices . Customer service only listens to respond. First time customer and unfortunately was 4 min late bc I had to take my daughter to an emergency eye appointment and lost my entire deposit. No… compassion , cold as a rock, which I felt was disgusting. My first wax was mediocre at best but I figured I’d go back and try Agnes since she was who my friend mentioned was “the best”. I was running 4 minutes behind due to traffic and the horrible parking situation there and they turned me away and kept my $25 deposit. The receptionist was only doing what she was told, but was hard to understand, un accommodating and could have cared less about losing a customer. There is “no grace period”, so beware.

Was not informed of the COVID policy in confirmation emails and texts (and she sends several upon booking an appointment); brought my daughter with me to my appointment (I arrived on time). We weren’t allowed… entry into the studio because she was a minor. Owner (Aggy) wouldn’t allow me to reschedule and kept my deposit. As the owner, she could’ve worked with me in SOME capacity, but showed now flexibility or accommodation whatsoever. Apparently, I’m not the only one who has had this issue. Beware.

I was running late for my 3:00 o’clock appointment but called to say I would be there by 3:10 and was told not only could I not get my deposit back but they were booked solid and could not take me at all… because I was late. I understand about the appointment but felt they should have allowed me to use the deposit towards another appointment. Needless to say I will not be returning nor referring any to this business.
