I was raised in Manchester, KY by my parents Greg and Nadine. I lived there until my graduation from Clay County High School in 2003, when I moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky for my undergraduate studies. I graduated from UK with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 2007 and began my tenure at UK College of Dentistry in the fall.

Good atmosphere, the assistant that helped me and took my x-rays was very kind and really helped to ease my anxiety about being at the dentist for the first time in a while. Dr. Couch was great, I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me and give me tips on preventing dental decay for the future. Overall a really good experience!

Needed a tooth extracted, not a very fun procedure in general. However, Dr.Couch and his staff made it a pain free and quick experience. Dr. Couch has a very good easy going personality and calming demeanor. He and the staff are very nice and friendly. Just won over a new patient in me. Can't go wrong in your dental needs with this group. Highly recommend!

The office environment is so chill and relaxing that it is almost spa-like. Everyone is so proficient , kind, and friendly- from the receptionist, to the hygienists, and of course Dr. Couch! They take the time to really explain/answer questions and make sure that you feel comfortable . I cannot say enough nice things about this place and the lovely people who work there.

Dr. Couch and everyone in his office are amazing. This is the first time in my life that I have actually liked going to the dentist. My husband, son, and mom go as well. They go out of their way to remember details and make you feel like more than just a number. I still don’t like metal touching my teeth but at least they make the rest of the experience enjoyable.

He is probably one of the nicest humans I have had the pleasure of meeting and having him as my dentist is a plus- his office employees are honestly a reflection of him - they care about his clients just like he does !

Dr. Couch and staff make up an extremely knowledgeable, caring, and professional practice. Dr. Couch was extremely thorough and I felt that I was in great care by both him and his team. His practice also takes excellent care in COVID precautions. If you're looking for a great dental practice, this is it!

Going to the dentist is not fun but once you find the right dentist it truly isn't bad. Dr. Couch and his entire team work together graciously and efficiently. Everyone in this office is so very kind and personable. I never have to wait later then scheduled and they truly take care of you. I am so very happy I chose this office!

Dr. Couch is a great dentist, is very personable and has a great staff. They're great with children too. My kids we're nervous about going to the dentist but everyone at his office helped ease their anxiety and made it an enjoyable experience for them. I also happen to know several of his classmates from dental school and many of them go to him as their own dentist. That says a ton when other dentists choose him.
