The green rush has arrived with 33 states and DC with medical marijuana & over 10 with personal adult (aka: rec) use. And, what about CBD-it's everywhere! The plant is big business for sure. That's not all this ancient plant represents. Cannabis is leading the way for Personalized Lifestyle Medicine.

Rather than a gateway drug, as once inappropriately derided, cannabis can be a gateway to health and wellness. Consumers are ready to change the health paradigm to selfcare. That's why Laura, as an integrative practitioner and educator, co-wrote the curriculum on integrating cannabis with nutrition, aromatherapy, massage, herbal medicine, and other holistic modalities and wants you to learn about the power of cannabis.

By investigating the antecedents and triggers of disease, I treats the whole person, not simply a set of symptoms. Applying the principles of functional medicine to nutrition and health, I develop Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Plans. I rely on scientific evidence and clinical experience to integrate my foundational nutrition education with the forward-thinking practices.
The terms functional and integrative are often used interchangeably to describe a type of healthcare that addresses the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms. Whether it's a physician practicing medicine or a dietitian counseling a client about food and nutrition, this approach attempts to get at the root cause of the disease or problem instead of just treating symptoms.
Laura Lagano is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, and Holistic Cannabis Practitioner. As one of a handful of dietitians worldwide to have completed the prestigious Institute of Functional Medicine training program (IFM certification- eligible), Lagano is unique in her ability to integrate nutrition, biochemistry, functional medicine, and cannabis/cannabinoid medicine.
As a nutritionist and the co-founder of the Holistic Cannabis Academy, I get asked a lot of unsolicited questions about food and cannabis. After all, we imbue all of our social interactions with food. As a society, we have become intrigued with food and everything that pertains to it including cooking and, of course, my favorite topic-nutrition.
Recently, we dropped off Victoria - Isabella's big sister - at the Broadway Conservatory for a 2-week program. That means that she will not be able to accompany us to the one and only visiting day at Isabella's 7-week camp. We haven't mentioned this to Isabella. She will be expecting Victoria. Whenever Victoria was away for a school trip -.

I broke my back 5 1/2 years ago. I have post traumatic stress syndrome and I have enough metal in my body to build a small building!
She found the right CBD oil to calm my post traumatic stress syndrome ( there are many different types and doses ).
And a horrible digestion system that I acquired from my injuries is starting to work itself out! Thanks to a group of probiotics and other fiber combinations.
I’m getting into details because this is not a science that you can get from conventional
Medicine in America.
In my retirement, I made sure I had complete health insurance and my three

Laura seems to be very knowledgeable about nutrition and good in her field, however, I think this is very expensive. Not sure it is worth it if you are just looking to adjust your diet and focus on loss weight. If you want a more holistic service she would be a good option, just be aware of the cost and go prepared to your sessions to get the most out of it. Ask for receipts and check with your insurance to see if you can get any coverage by submitting a claim.
