We found Ram though a recommendation from a friend when we needed help with an auto accident which involved our mom. Ram took the time to answer all of our questions and educate us on the process. After a traumatizing slip and fall in April 2018, I contacted Ram to take my personal injury case in approximately July 2018. He came to my home wand was very nice and professional. To begin, he sent out his expert to the location to measure and inspect the stairs where I fell. He told me I had a strong case and that he would take it on contingent fee. Long story short, after 5 months, his expert inspected the stairs again with the other sides expert who Ram mentioned was one of his experts previously, he reports back, I no longer have a case

Two years ago I met with Mr. Bohn after being hit by a driver who ran a red light. My car was totaled but I did not have any serious injuries, all my medical bills were taken care of by my insurance & I was reimbursed for the loss of my car. Since my car had little damage and nothing extraordinary showed on my MRI or Xray, I had little hope that the at fault insurer would take me seriously when I said I was in a lot of pain.
Ram was perfect in that he talked to me about what to expect and advised what to do next.
He ended up getting a pretty nice settlement amount for me and I'm extremely pleased that there wasn't a lot of added fees taken out of the settlement.

I hired Rob Bohn Jr. 3 1/2 years ago when my then 4 year old son suffered a head injury after falling from an inflatable obtacle course at Pump it Up in Sunnyvale, CA. After meeting with 3 other personal injury attorneys, Rob was the only one who would take my case on since I had signed an injury waiver release form (which I learned we could get around after all).
My son's case was a tough one since not only did I sign the release form, but also had a difficult time proving long term affects from a head injury (suffered a fractured skull & concussion).
