Horrible, purpose damages teeth for money, i have irreversible damage now. she never caught the most obvious problems like problems with my bite. she filled teeth without taking xrays, without anasthesia. then real decay developed and she filled over without cleaning and it was black underneath. she convinced my parents i needed half of my baby teeth extracted which permanently damaged my jaw bone. she also pulled molars without enough anasthesia and i screamed in the office. i have also heard other ppl scream in the office. she lies to your face because she is unethical and cannot admit that she

Been coming here for years.. They practically saw me grown up... same nice people who schedule my appointment every 6 months for clean up.... They are always wiling to work out a payment with you.. not that I personally need one, but do have aged parents with a lot of dental issues... always love to chat up with the staff before and after the visit...

We came in and specifically asked about their procedure for tooth extraction. They originally told us that they followed standard American procedures. It turns out the dentist was trained in China and it seems isnt even licenced properly. I would think twice about using this dentist. For several days after the procedure the corner of my mouth was bright red and very painful because they used their hands to rip open my mouth more than it should of been able to. Also they injured various locations in my mouth other than the 2 teeth that needed work. Days following the procedure it wasn't the

I have been Dr. Xu's patient for years, and like her practice a lot. She is a very good dentist. She runs two dental clinics, one in downtown Oakland and one in Costra Valley, each suited for different patients. If you like the convenience of seeking her help without driving, the Oakland location is a good choice withe BART close by. Otherwise, her clinic in Costra Valley serves as an upscale and elegant alternative, should you want to drive. All in all, Dr. Xu is amazingly skillful and sharp in diagnosis and treatment. Interesting to read the previous reviews all over the places regarding Dr. Xu Lili. I can't imagine some could have such terrible experiences, but feel lucky that my own experience with Dr. Xu Lili and her staff is nothing but pleasant.
I went to Dr. Xu out of two friends' referrals (the two don't know each other yet both spoke highly of her). Dr. Xu since has performed two implants and filled holes, as well as cleaned my teeth. I just wanted to give none star to this horrible dentist!!
I had a crown and root canal from this dentist on 2008, and Now is 2012, on the edge of the crown, the gum turns to dark and the metal even shows on the edge of crown, which I was told it is make of porcelain!!
What product she has used for her patients????
Please do not go to this dentist, for your health sake!!

I've only visited this place once and it just was a bad experience. The facility isn't bad but then again that's quite easy to accomplish. However the dentists aren't very professional. There is one Asian male dentist who jokes around about patient films (x-rays). The Lili Xu dentist is all about making money. Recommending unnecessary treatments and she's all smiles and compliments until you decide not to proceed with her list of treatments. And for some reason she's hesitant to let you obtain a copy of your own x-ray. I would not recommend this dentist.

Came here for a teeth cleaning. I needed an xray and so I got that. Dr. Xu was very gentle with the teeth cleaning. I asked her how much teeth whitening was and she said I didn't need it. Before I left, she gave me some free whitening strips!
The staff were nice and started a conversation with me while I waited for my teeth cleaning.

I gave 1 star as there is impossible to give none star.
Every time when I look back, it was a nightmare.
I went to clean my teeth and they suggested me to have an exam as I haven't had it over years. After x-ray(free), the Doctor Xu said I need root canal!!
I had never seen a dentist in the US at that time, so of course I did what ever she said. She set an appointment to me and told me she would go to Europe for 1 month as vacation and another dentist Dr.Lee will give me root canal.
I went to see Ms.Lee 2 weeks later, during the whole process, I felt so painful even if she gave a heavy Anesthesia
