Jamie did an excellent job of inspecting the house that we were planning to move into. During the inspection, he examined the house very closely and thoroughly. His report came back within 24 hours, and it was very easily digestible and laid out in a very user-friendly way. He answered any/all questions that we had and even made a few suggestions beyond the scope of the inspection just to help us out as new homeowners! Jamie was professional, responsive, and thorough. He provided a detailed, thorough report and was able to answer any and all questions we had about our home inspection and radon testing. Home purchase inspection - Jamie was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. Our daughter was buying her first home and Jamie did the home inspection. He took the time to go through all the important little things every home owner should know, such as the water shut off, the electrical panel location etc. as well as all the little things that should be looked at or repaired/maintained in the near future.

I was referred to Jamie and Timber Home Inspection by our Realtor. We are out of state owners of an investment property in Shereborne and felt it was time to get a detailed inspection on the condition of the property.
