Currently we are in the middle of a myopia epidemic. Children are becoming more and more nearsighted. In the last 20 years, the prevalence of myopia has increased from 21% to 46% of all U.S. adults. Ortho-K, also known as orthokeratology, is a treatment using special gas-permeable contact lens molds to reshape your eye overnight while you sleep. Contact lenses are not an easy solution for every person suffering with vision problems. Some eye conditions make wearing contacts a difficult proposition. I have been coming to this place since I was a kid and my dad still comes here. Dr.Cauchi is the best! My 9yr. Old daughter recently came in for her first eye exam ,she was nervous at first but they put her to ease and Dr. Cauchi is so gentle and fun. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Our family loves Vision Solutions! Drs. Cauchi and Peters are wonderful, thorough, and take the time to explain, teach, and address any concerns you may have. They were amazing with our younger son who was nervous to have his eyes checked at first. The whole team knew what to say and were incredibly patient. He now loves going to get his eyes checked!
Sandy is super sweet and has always helped me choose the best frames. They have an excellent selection of frames you can try on (and they clean each pair afterwards before placing them back on display). Thank you, Vision Solutions!

First time here and I just got 2 pairs of glasses from Vision Solutions. Dr. Peters gave me the most thorough eye exam I ever had. I have never had a diagnosis & mapping of my eyes that in-depth before, and then given so much education on my condition. And the staff was super friendly & patient as well. The glasses came on time and work/look great!

I've been seeing Dr. Cauchi for a few years now. She is wonderful! The eye exam is very thorough and she always explains the results very clearly and in an easy to understand way. I've never had any problems with my prescription glasses. The office staff are always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Vision Solutions!

I actually look forward to coming into the office. Everyone working there is very professional yet vet friendly. Dr Cauchi is amazingly good. Very knowledgeable and explains things as she works with words that are easily understood. If you're looking to get rid of your glasses, talk to her about Ortho K lenses. Correct your vision while you sleep and be lens free during the day. These are one of the best decisions I have ever made. Been sleeping in them since 2005.

Dr Cauchi is the best eye doctor I've ever known or heard about. She is thorough, meticulous, caring, and the best plain-language explainer I've encountered in the medical profession. My wife and I moved to Escondido a dozen years ago but drive the extra distance to see her because she's worth the inconvenience. I couldn't recommend any professional more highly.

I just received my second annual exam with Dr. Peters at Vision Solutions. I continue to be very impressed with the thoroughness of her exams, performing scans and assessments I've never received with prior eye doctors. She takes as much time with you as needed to answer your questions, and explains things VERY thoroughly to ensure you understand. The front office staff is so friendly and very helpful with insurance issues. I'm very happy with the Vision Solutions staff and care provided and plan to be a long time patient of theirs!
