My name is Sally Lee, MD, DO. I have been practicing ophthalmology and optometry for 20 years. I attended the University of North Texas for medical school and did research for cataract surgery at Harvard Medical School. Additionally, I fellowed in both ophthalmology and optometry so that my patients can have access to superior vision care through one doctor.

My family & I went to Dr. Lee’s office on Monday. Our first time here.
Our appointment went great. Tammy helped us check in. She’s so sweet and very helpful upon choosing frames.
Dr. Lee was great! She & Tammy made the appointment easy and comfortable. Dr. Lee explains everything and educates you on what is best.
We def would recommend coming here and they are open till 6PM which is great for people like me who gets off at 4PM! Oh and they have so many glasses/sunglasses designs to choose from!
My husband & I are very happy with our visit here! We can’t wait to get our glasses!

Scam! Do not go here. Paid for services not rendered. Office in disarray, employees not wearing masks, doctor arrived to office late, she didn’t not ever provide results for exam I paid extra for and has not refunded payment. Does not know how to operate her machines. Also, doctor showed me other patients personal information in her computer without their consent.

By far the worst customer experience I've ever had. The Doctor is flighty and easily distracted. There is no organization in the office with patients information spread out everywhere. It took months to get my prescription filled and when did get it, I was told it was cut wrong. Come to find out the Doctor ordered it that way.
