I waited 3 weeks for a lease and never got one. I was verbally told approved but nothing else. After several calls, rude responses to my insurance agent and relative trying to help with communication. I gave up. All conversations were short, trying to get off phone and completely not concerned with helping. I finally advised in writing since no lease to return my money paid. Then I got an email 30 minutes later I was approved. When I called to see what they meant, I got double talk of ifs necessary to set my account. So I’ll get my money back! We don’t know corporate does that? Who is corporate

Exceptional. As someone who once was the president of a condo board, lemme tell you.. the management company + maintenance and their staff are outstanding. They delivered like nobody else did at the same time that thousands of buildings had water pipes break in Texas and other States.. from the deep freeze in February 2021.
Tenants received proactive messaging through email, text, and printouts.. before and during the cold spell. This ensured everyone got the message ahead of time on what was expected, and what to do to mitigate any damage or risks. A few units had damage (Like all of Texas) and

I lived here for all of 2019. This is a quite neighborhood with a good mix of people who live here. Close to almost anything you desire. Restaurants, bars, shopping.
They are older units but are nice and cozy. Management and maintenance are very responsive to any issues I had.
Will miss living here.

I have lived here a long time. While there were struggles when the ownership changed, they seem to have it on tract. The staff makes sincere efforts to do whatever they can for the residents. The setting is beautiful. The neighbors are quiet & kind. My one complaint is NO POOL. That is the one amenity that this property really needs.

We lived here while building our home. They are inconsistent with repairs and extermination. They offer no amenities. Other complexes are a better value. Same pricing but have walking paths, beautiful landscaping, laundry onsite, workout area, coffee bar for tenants and tenant appreciation events. Look in Roanoke specifically. Both complexes in Trophy Club are owned by the same group. It's unfortunate that there aren't better options in Trophy Club.
