We’re in our third unit here and it’s ok. The rent used to be justified for location, but that changed recently. A hotel across the street plus new business and residents have made it noisy at all hours. Good for the dorm life, not so much for family renters in a suburb like this. The parks are nice but all night broken muffler delivery drivers, loud late night activities plus street racers, and increased traffic have eroded the bang for the buck.
Edit: Arthouse management is correct. This is out of their control. Just a few inconsiderate individuals working for town center businesses.

RUN!!!! Run from this place! These apartments may look nice but they have done nothing but nickel and dime me. Now it appears that a 1 1/2 month written notice to vacate isn’t acceptable. My lease is over May 21st but now I’m required to pay till June 7th so awesome. Another thing I had my son staying with me and he moved out last fall well they wouldn’t give him his $1100 deposit back till I moved out. This place is a joke. Renter Beware.

We both know that's not true, but we should talk during the move-out. I've got so much documented on paper and digitally. I just want all mutual contractual obligations to be met without the cold/hostile tone that defines the interactions I've had with the office. I do not trust the people I've spoken to in the office, and I've been treated as if I do not matter (despite the feeble attempts to act as if any other paradigm is held to by the staff for the benefit of potential renters reading this), and I've never had this experience before with any apartment.

I love living at the ArtHouse in Keller, TX. The management is fair and friendly. Tom Thumb is literally in my backyard and for me it makes recipe development so much easier, because I can quickly get an ingredient that inspires me that I don't already have. The community is a group of friendly people doing the best to live their lives, take care of their families and create work/life balance. Many people work from home during Covid so we are all getting to know each other better than you would normally and it is nice to be able to chat with a neighbor unlike before always running to and from work
