Management was very rude and didn't help with guidance at all around. They do not care of your situation nor what you may be going through at all. They give you a notice of eviction 1 day past due date. They micromanage your vehicle as in registration up to date, insurance on vehicles, any flat tires, & look what liquids may be leaking out of the car and only give you a certain amount of days to fix these issues regardless of your status.

The woman Lana with the blonde hair that sits to the right seems rude and not approachable whatsoever! I have questions and concerns I would like to address in person but the few times I have stopped by she gives me a look like she does not want to be bothered and has a pissed off look all the time! Who is going to want to come in with a concern when the employee you have working is not approachable. I have even called on the phone and she is the one answering the calls so I hang up instead. I don't know what her issue is but if she does not like her job then maybe she should try working somewhere

I have lived here for over a year now and everything has been excellent. The leasing staff have been awesome, they are very quick with resolving any matters or issues residents may have. The maintenance team has been great as well, polite, very responsive and quick with any requests or repairs a resident needs. The amenities are extremely nice and well maintained, I was thinking of better options to transfer to a bigger unit, Lana and Stephanie stood up and helped me patiently. The management and parking situation is awful. The front office has no idea what they’re doing and how to run a complex, and they did not help whatsoever when it came to parking. They change a bunch of rules and time to all of there amenities that they provide until after you move in. They only make parking worse and worse every month and they don’t allow you to pay for more than two parking spaces at a time. Since there were no open spaces I parked my car on the curb where there was no fire lanes, no dashed lines or blocked a driveway of some sort but we still got towed because “we weren’t

The management team here is SO nice and helpful! Moving in was the quickest, most easy process I've ever experienced. The apartments are new, clean, and gorgeous, and honestly very nice and quiet- I have zero complaints! I have had no problems living here:) ALSO everything you need is within about a 5 mile radius of this place! Southlake, Alliance, such an up and coming hot spot.

Front desk lady in the management office with blond hair that speaks russian was very rude and aggressive with us today. She kept interrupting me and ignoring the questions I was trying to ask her. I was not able to get her to provide us with apartment availability, price, or anything else related to the lease. For some reason she kept insisting that I speak russian with her even though I stated repeatedly I prefer english. Refused to show me her business card after I requested it several times. We have visited 6 different apartment management offices today and this one completely ruined our mood

The parking here is awful. I live here and often have to drive in circles for 20-30 mins hoping that someone leaves. I already pay to live here. I pay for my dog to live here. I'm not paying for parking too. Most of the spots are empty reserved spots. No one wants to pay for parking. I won't be renewing my lease specifically because of the parking situation.
