This place has been nothing but a bad experience, my husband and I applied in May at this place, and everything was going great! We were told that we would have a place June 4th, we gave our deposit, they gave us our apartment number and gate number. Four days before our move in date, maintenance guy called us to tell us that we didn’t qualify? And I tried calling management (Natalia Terrones) for an explanation and they always told me she was out of the office or that she would call me back and NEVER bothered. I’ve requested my deposit back and they keep saying it’ll get to me in 2 weeks

I enjoy living in this community because, every one is so very nice and friendly. Activities here are very enjoyable. It’s very nice having a beauty shop on property. My only regret is I should have delayed my move in date and waited on a larger apartment , to become available. Otherwise I’m Pleased to be here. ArleneSweeney

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year. We love the residents and if we have had anything happen, maintenance has been so good about coming to do repairs. We have finally begun to see things opening back up after the COVID epidemic. They keep saying the pool will open soon, but it still hasn’t. This is an important means of exercise for so many residents here. We have been told by many long time residents that they have been told it would be opening for the past, at least, 7 years. This, as well as, having fun activities scheduled for the residents, is just a few of the “amenities”

Problems maintenance staff! I have lived here nearly five years! The office staff is great however my requests are not taken seriously! I have asked over 20 times that the weeds need to be cut out in my deck but nothing is done! I want to take really good care of my apartment as if it were my own place!
Plus my clothes closet door was jammed shut this last week and nothing was done! (until i literally hunted a worker down) I needed my clothes and shoes! Come on people!!!

I have made so many wonderful friends here. But it is hard to get anything done. i’ve had one of the staff argue with me. only for a min tho because i walked off. Sometimes we are treated like we have no brains by part of the staff. we are older people and a lot move here because they can’t handle living in their homes anymore. if they don’t want to help they should find another job. The maintenance guy should not be trying to boss people around. who does he think he is?

I wish we could get the big things adressed I would really like to believe the owner in Memphis and Mandy Natilla and maintenance do care about all residents with respect and dignity most of us deserve and hawe earned I was we could be ask what would help us to make Buena Vista nice and safe secure home

Floor plans are great and the residents are terrific. Getting management to address issues is painful in that they are rude and slow to respond. Management appears to think the residents should be happy with whatever they have and don't like to be bothered with complaints.

Roach infestation
Electrical issues
Plumbing issues
Small repairs
Mold issues
Security gate repair
Elevator repair

Over 10 years ago, I drove by and was really impressed by these beautiful apartments. My daughter and l really expected the monthly payments to be very expensive. When the price was quoted,it was hard to believe. I didn't waste any time moving in. There are lots of activities,fishing pond swimming pool, and the sweetest people here. I plan on living here from now on. I am happy here.
