Services
WICKED CORE combines the elements of classical Pilates, cardio and weight training. You will strengthen, tighten, tone, and lengthen your muscles through several slow exercises focusing on slow twitch muscles. The workout is low impact, but high intensity. You will start shaking in no time! Lagree Fitness is the most innovative and aggressive approach to full body conditioning.
Class begins on time. If it your first visit at the studio, please arrive 10 minutes early to get an overview of the MEGAFORMER M3S before class. Your safety is important to us! If you do not arrive in time for your introduction, you may be asked to reschedule.

If a class you'd like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist - it works! If the waitlist is full, it will tell you that too. If a spot opens up, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation and a text message. IMPORTANT: It is assumed that by being on the waitlist, you will be able to take the class if you get in.

Can you do Lagree while you are pregnant? Yes! Can you get your body back after pregnancy? Yes! The main reason Wicked Core has me coming back after 200 classes is simple. It works! Lauren is a busy working mom of four and loves that she can get in her full-body workout in 45 minutes. She loves that the exercises are always challenging her and she has fun learning and mastering all the moves, especially when there's a new one thrown into class!

I just joined a couple of weeks ago and I am not a person that is in shape by any means or someone who enjoys working out. This class has definitely changed my outlook on workouts and I actually do enjoy it! Yes, it's hard but I am a beginner and am learning and its tough but it's worth it. I have worked with 3 different instructors so far and each of them have been amazing. This is a class that will leave your body shaking!!! It's a good shake though, I feel energized and ready to tackle my day! I look forward to more classes and to reaching my small goals :)

Over the past 10 years, I have tried the normal gym routine where I would go and try to workout by myself with no success. Which just made me give up and waste money on gym fees. 2021 I decided for the first time. I’m going I make a change. Sign up for Wicked Core and make a commitment to myself to not miss a class. The classes are challenging because I have not worked out in years and I have been working from home for the last year. But, they are great. The trainers are great. Ali, Deb, and Amanda have been very helpful and patient with me. I completed my 5th class today, and I’m very proud

Fabulous workout! Started about 3 weeks ago and it has turned into a "can't wait for my next class" type of class! Great workout that is challenging and fun!. Even if you think you may have done it all - challenge yourself to a Wicked Core class - you won't regret it. The instructors are caring, energetic and experienced and will help you feel comfortable even if you are just beginning.

I LOVE Wicked! I’ve always had a hard time finding exercise I love, but this is it for me. I love that you get strength and cardio at the same time. Love the owner also. She’s a great role model for Wicked. If you need the accountability, guidance and motivation, you’ll get it in every class. Kind of expensive, but it’s worth it. Plus, they’re pretty consistently doing promotions and discounts for classes.

I am so glad I gave Wicked Core a try...I LOVE it. I have tried kickboxing, Zumba, Running, Pure Barre, Soul Cycle, etc....and Wicked Core in my personal opinion is the BEST. High intensity-low impact on a moving transformer WITH resistance. The 1st couple of classes are a learning curve, but once you get it, its on!
All of the instructors are good, but Tandi is awesome...! She really motivates- she will tell you "get there, get there, yes you can, you got this." She empowers and corrects form the entire class. I will definitely be back....!! :)

I have held off posting my review because I wanted to see if it was something I could truly stick with. I have tried and failed at YMCA, Orange Theory and others alike. Lack of guidance and/or injury prevented me from remaining consistent. Had zero fitness level going into my first class. Arthritis in feet and knee Along with plantar fasciitis was looking for a low impact workout that was just as intense and hard as a high impact workout! Boy.....did I find it. I am so thankful to have found Wicked Core. Instructors are amazing and attentive. Small classes allow you to get the direction

I highly recommend Wicked Core. I was nervous to try it but glad I did! I enjoy Pilates but wanted "more" out of my workouts and a variety to my workout schedule every week. Wicked Core is challenging and you see results! I burn an average of 325 calories in just 45 minutes and leave feeling sore in places I was never sore with weight training. Thank you Wicked Core!
