You will spend a lot more money than expected, with little or no response unless you badger Scott. You will lose confidence the longer your case goes on. A lot of work that should be handled by Scott, will be shoved down the line of younger associates, thus resulting in double work, missing work and careless work. Scott appears to be fixated on making money more than anything else. Scott will blame you if you don't get what you should out of the case, even though he was hired to do the job! He clearly doesn't have enough time for the amount of cases he takes on, and you feel that pressure
