Dylan fixed my old Volvo and very patient to find out what's wrong with my car and he finally found it. Now my car is strong and solid no engine noise. I as a single mom and my kids are grateful and appreciated.
I do Recommended Dylan's automotive!!!! Decent Price and trustworthy!!!! I live in LA but I definitely come back for oil change and check up w them again.

I recently had some "ticking" sound coming from my Jeeps 3.6L V6 and the dealers were really no help and their service was absolutely terrible. I was recently referred to Dylan's Automotive by friends in our community and I'm so glad I took it to him. *DEAF CUSTOMER* I took my car to this shop. The engine was in bad shape. Dylan took time to communicate via text and written paper with me. He gave me a few options to replace an engine. The price is very reasonable! He is open and clear explanation of diagnosis and repair options. You do not see ANY shop that does the same. If you see this review, take your car to Dylan's right away! I was referred by a friend to go to this shop and didn't dissapoint me twice. 👍

I recently had a couple 50K mile issues pop up on my 2008 Audi A6 (including a difficult to diagnose AC issue), didn't want to take it to the dealer, and not to the local German auto place where they charge an arm and a leg and make you feel inferior. Dylan is always friendly, helpful, and gets you in and out quickly with great availability and beyond fair prices - he even gets original parts if available and if they aren't gets the best 3rd party version on the market. Come here first, especially if you are looking for affordable German car care.

Dylan's was recommended to me by my local oil change place when the check engine light came on and it was beyond their scope of expertise. Dylan took the time to talk to me about the note from the previous mechanic and scheduled a time to have me come in for a diagnostics test and thorough once over. Best mechanic in Ventura! We are all trepidatious when it comes to mechanics but no need here! Dylan is honest and knowledgeable and you don't have to be worried about confusing " mechanic talk". My SUV broke down near Dylan's Automotive. Dylan was gracious enough to come take a look at my vehicle, do a diagnostics test and give me a quote for free. Sadly, my entire engine was blown and it was not worth it to have a new one put in, but I would still recommend them as a place to get good, trustworthy work done.

Amazing work and trustworthy mechanic. I brought in my VW Beetle that was having air conditioning problems. When he called VW for the part needed they told him he needed to buy the whole system at a cost of close to a couple thousand dollars. Dylan refused and began getting into the intricate parts of the system to try to find the problem. Anyone who owns a bug knows that everything is close together and not an easy fix. I work a lot out of Santa Barbara, so I'm not too familiar with the local scene, yet.
