My 18 months at City Block Apartments were fantastic. My apartment was quiet, the neighbors were friendly and considerate, and I had lots of privacy. Dale and Colleen in the office are amazing people looking out for the best for all the tenants there. I highly value my time there, and I highly recommend this wonderful complex if you are considering living downtown Wilmington

I have been living at the City Block Apartments for over a year. If you are thinking about moving into them or to this area, look no furth! First off, the location is fabulous! You are super to close to everything like all the best restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. All ways something to do, even with COVID-19. Secondly, the apartments are so adorable. They picked very trendy but neutral colors that make it perfect for everyone’s style! Thirdly, and most importantly, the staff. Dale is an amazing property manager. He bends over backwards for his residents. He patiently dealt with all my crazy questions

My husband and I spent about 16 months renting at City Block Apartments and loved the entire experience. Dale and Cynthia were always so helpful, respectful, and friendly. We will miss having them as our property managers! Any questions, concerns, or maintenance requests were answered/fixed quickly. I loved the location and being in a walking distance to so many restaurants, breweries, and the river walk. I have rented with a few different places in Wilmington and City Block has been the best experience by far. I would definitely recommend renting with them!

I lived at CB for a year and it was the experience I’ve ever had living anywhere. The community is so close, there are awesome events every month, the apartments are in the perfect location, they’re nice, and the staff is awesome too. This is the only place I’ve ever lived that I was sad to move out. Highly recommend!!

I have lived here almost one year and absolutely love the location. I can walk downtown and can also get on the highway to get out of Wilmington very quickly. I think the apartments are very quiet I’m on the fourth floor and have a beautiful view. We have gated parking so whatever there’s fireworks or activities downtown it’s great because we don’t have to worry about a place to park. Pet friendly and the staff is extremely nice~

City block is a very nice and pretty place. I have to admit I love the views and the convenience, however I moved in about 6-7 months ago and since then we've been very disappointed. Not about the management because they are great, but the structure of the building is absolutely horrible. You can be talking a little loudly and your neighbor WILL hear it. My neighbor is quite loud so we hear everything. The only amenities are a gym, cafe, and a grilling station. In my opinion that's just not worth paying all this money. Not to mention the fact that the people below us have come up many times saying

Living at City Block has been such a convenience for me. If I ever have any questions or problems, the staff is always there for me. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and homey. I love the big windows in the living room and bedroom(s). I can see the sunset from my balcony!
City Block is in the perfect location; walking distance from plenty of great restaurants and the Cape Fear River.
Overall I have loved living at City Block! It is a living space that can suit anyone!
