I moved into Pier 33 in August. I was reluctant because of previous poor issues with Drucker and Falk but the neighboring building I had had excellent experiences with did not have any current availabilities. The building is very, very nice. The way the building is run is not. Depending upon who you deal with, you get very different responses. The assistant manager is very nice but the problems do not get resolved unless you seek to resolve them yourself. For the first two months I lived there, there was a loud shrill noise coming from somewhere in the apt. every. single. night. Maintenance came

I feel fairly duped in how this building was marketed and sold, verse what we're actually experiencing. I am stunned at the number of things always under maintenance in this building, we can't take out our trash because our chute has been broken for months, there isn't recycling and if we need to toss a large item... we have no access to the dumpster?
I also spent a long time working with the office to find the right unit, and I chose a parking lot facing unit on the 4th floor because I was told the only difference between 4th/5th was ceiling height. But, it turns out it was also access to the

Amazing!!!!! As newlyweds this is exactly what we needed! The fact that it was an amazing view, a washer and a dryer… we are set! The trash valet is just a cherry on top of the ice cream. We love the indoor hallways, the friendly neighbors, the gated floors, and the facts that I can’t hear my neighbors. May I add, we don’t even have to change a lightbulb. I know because it literally happened to us, we put a ticket in and they had it fixed the next day. Highly recommend these apartments. I almost forgot to mentioned that we are literally one minute away from the river walk and walking distance

Came to Pier 33 for a tour and was treated like I was not wanted. The tour was short with some pointing toward the amenities - but no in depth tour or explanation of the space and how its used. We did not get to experience the place. Through quite a bit of research I finally found an email address to send because no one is listed on the website as a manager (not good). I received a call from the Regional Director the next day who was very apologetic on behalf of his staff member. I moved in mid-January, and I believe a review does not do just on Pier 33. The grandeur amenities speak for themselves. I wanted to wait on the review so I could get a good judgement on the location and make a quintessential review. The civility that the staff treats their residents goes beyond my motif of excellence. My review is not to coax you, but the entirety of Pier 33 will.

We moved into the Marina floor plan recently and couldn't be more pleased! The apartment itself is beautiful and full of closet space (something we missed in our 100 year old home). The staff is outstanding. They have been great from our initial tour , moving in and now being a resident. The amenities in the common areas remind me of some of my favorite resorts! The pool is amazing overlooking the Cape Fear river. I could go on and on🙂.

Moving to this apartment was a dream come true! The location and the views could not be better!! The staff is super kind and helpful. We have two dogs and are so thankful for the dog potty area and the wash station. The interior of our apartment is absolutely gorgeous. I have way more cabinet space than I did in my previous home. I’m totally in love with this place and highly recommend living here!

Luxury living in this community is absolutely phenomenal. Where do I start? Amy, Bri and Leslie from the management team set a high bar for their professionalism and welcoming feel.
