Located in the Rosario Resort Community near the 5,500 acre Moran State Park, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is perched on a.64 acre parcel with filtered water views from nearly every room. The open layout and vaulted ceilings that approach 12' in height along the wall of windows take advantage of the southern exposure.
This home is located directly across the street from our existing @Rosario home, making both a perfect fit for groups seeking close proximity to each other during their visits. Conveniently located just 1/2 mile from the Rosario Resort & Spa, Moran State Park less than a mile away, and the village of Eastsound just 3-1/2 miles from the home makes it an ideal location for all of the islands activities.
The open layout and high ceilings take advantage of the 1,300 square feet, providing a very spacious feel in the home, and bedrooms on opposite sides allow privacy for couples and families. You'll enjoy relaxing outside on the rear deck, overlooking the large backyard with landscape lighting during the evenings.
The location is ideal for exploring the island. Just a 2-minute drive to West Beach, less than 2 miles to Eastsound Village, and under 3 miles to Turtleback Mountain Preserve, guests will find Orcas Island Getaway @ Enchanted Forest on a private setting for relaxation with all the amenities guests come to expect from Orcas Island Getaway properties.
Beautiful home, pictures don't do it justice! Very clean & felt like home Great place to celebrate my honeys birthday as well as a great location to have a small get away for a weekend, definitely will be back! This is an awesome place to stay! It's right in the middle of the island, which makes it easy to get to any place you want to visit quick and easy.

Awesome location. Quick walk to the beach, 15 minutes drive to Moran state park, adjacent to a bodega AND a dispensary (if that is your thing). Hot tub, and classy interior finishes on the remodel. About 10 minutes drive to Eastsound proper. Fab landscaping and lighting makes this very affordable rental feel more like a movie set. 10/10, would stay again.

This is the 3rd year we've stayed at Bracken Fern, and will continue to keep requesting this as our base on Orcas. Excellent location and convenient to ferry landing, downtown Eastsound, Cascade Lake, Moran Park. Home is always in wonderful condition, super comfy beds, large yard and fire pit plus jacuzzi. All amenities to make either a short or long stay most enjoyable. Owners are conscientious, helpful, and always responsive.

We loved this house! Pulling onto the street we were a little apprehensive but as soon as we turned into the driveway all worries went away. The house is beautiful and clean and the location couldn't be better. It's within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and is just a short drive from Moran State Park. The owners thought of everything including recommendations of what to do and amenities for my dog. We will hopefully be back soon!

Had a wonderful time on Orcas Island and used this location as our home base. Exceptional attention to detail. It was just my wife and myself and we highly recommend staying here. Conveniently located, quiet, at home feel, and overall comfort made our stay here a delight. Todd brought flowers to our door as we were celebrating our 20yr anni, which was a nice detail. Everything from the bluetooth showerhead, to the fire pit and hot tub made it like home away from home.
