The sign said, "happy Labor Day, let's get weird". Let that be a clue on what comes next.
Let's start with what makes this a good place...absolutely no waiting for a table outside, quick to seat us, wait staff appear to like their jobs, and apparently it's dog friendly.
The food is 100% bar food meaning this isn't a restaurant it's a place to fill your stomach with stuff when you are pounding down cheap beer.
The flies were multiplying while we waited for steamed shrimp, chicken Caesar salad, and hush puppies. Odd mix of food which may of contributed to

Perfect place munch after a long beach day! I wanted seafood and I got seafood! Everything was refreshingly delicious.
Bar area, indoor and outdoor sitting available. They have their own parking lot. Men and women bathrooms. And there's a changing table available
Plenty of tvs around the restaurant so you won't miss a game! I mean it is football season now!
I also love the fact they have coloring pages and crayons for the kids. God bless the restaurants that have them! Lol

Went there on our last night in VB. Service was great and the Neptune platter we got was fantastic! They didn’t rush us even though we had a fussy kid and everyone left but I stayed back to finish. Will definitely go back!
edit to add: place is clean, the staff was attentive. My son ordered the fish taco and we were all surprised at how large the portion was. It was no fish crumbs or little chunk it was two good size fish on top of the taco. He was full just eating one of them but after putting on some hot sauce he had to finish the other one. OH and the kid menu- grilled chicken and broccoli

Our waitress Natalie, awesome job. She deserves a raise and she's beautiful. Also Crab cake was on point. Steak bites were delicious. Egg rolls delicious. Orange crush drinks OMG. Friendly environment. Security is cool. No issues. TVs and Music a nice vibe. Just an enjoyable night. If you go there ask for Natalie she is amazing and will never forget about you. I'd give no stars if that was an option. I walked in to ask for a table and the lady was annoyed with me for standing there. I asked for a table for 5, and she told me to seat myself. Another family walked in immediately after and she sat them and instantly got their drinks. We sat for over 5 minutes before anyone approached us (we were sitting right next the the family that came in after us), and the server who came over was rude. She brought us our drinks and then disappeared. She finally came back, and took our appetizer order. Then disappeared for over 20 minutes before coming to take

My and wife and I are frequent customers to CP s we normally go to the beach but, last night we had the most amazing interaction with the manager Chastity who went above and beyond to ensure we had a top notch experience...we will be coming back to this CPs every time we visit...good food and excellent service!

If you’re looking for good food and good vibes, to be treated like a local, this is the spot. The fish tacos are a definite go. 2 tacos; a side is not necessary. Ask Andrew to make you the margarita!! 🤤 the shrimp and crab legs are a must. Every dollar spent is worth it. Mark; the owner, is awesome and welcoming as well. The bartenders work really hard and should be compensated as such. If you don’t have the funds to tip then don’t go.

Seafood restaurant with a sports bar feel to the inside. Their booths have individual TVs They also have outdoor seating. The service was fast and the food was really good. Their fried are seasoned with Old Bay seasoning and they were delicious! Also enjoyed the Osyters Rockefeller and the steak bites!

The atmosphere on a Friday night with the live music was great but the quality of the food was nothing special. I had better fish and chips the week before in an amusement park. The rest of our party of 4 were not impressed with their seafood either. The best thing about the meal was the $10 bottle of wine specials, i can always get behind deals like that.

Getting takeout from here was definitely a good decision. I would not have wanted to dine-in, seeing as they were rather busy (which I suppose also speaks to the quality of their food and how good it is), but the take-out was very quick (around 15 mins) and very delicious. We ordered the she-crab soup and a variety platter with shrimp, mussels, clams, and oysters. The she-crab soup was phenomenal, and honestly, I would have just preferred to have that as the entire meal. The seafood platter was definitely not bad at all, but it could have used more seasoning. We loved having lunch here. Absolutely great food, very friendly and fast service, and very welcoming to our Silky Terrier Henry. The crab soup was good, and I recommend the blackened tuna sandwich as well. The atmosphere is pleasant; we felt welcomed and right at home, and the staff is friendly and easy to talk with. (By the way, there is more to the tuna sandwich than you see posted...I just asked for it to be served plain).

Decided to try this place out, based off of a friends recommendation. My server was very kind and the food came out incredibly fast. Starting off with the hush puppies, I loved them. They were nice and warm, crunchy outside and delightful soft inside. Those were pretty spot on and don't even need the butter (I love butter tho so I still dabbed some on there). As for the Shore Drive Fish Tacos, to be honest I wasn't a huge fan. The portions were good, great amount of fish and stuff in it, but I just wasn't feeling the flavor. They weren't bad, but they're just not for me

They've done a great job transitioning to more outdoor seating on behalf of our pandemic. I love Shuckers for the atmosphere, the best oysters in town, the kamikaze wrap, and for their love of dogs. I used to love them for their excellent beer deals but since we don't drink anymore, we stay coming for the consistently good food.

CP Shuckers is a pretty decent bar that is a favorite of a lot of locals here in Virginia Beach. I came this Friday and it was pretty dead. I was really surprised however I ordered a "Blueberry Kush" bomb shooter that was $8 which wasn't bad. It was mixed with Dr. Stoners and blueberry Red Bull.
I ordered the she crab soup which is my favorite. You can't have a bad one in VB like ever. It was cooked to perfection. The taste was there, the seasoning could've used a little more kick to it.

I used to come here a lot for drinks, but I never actually dined here. That changed recently when I came in with my friend Neal to watch my Hokies play.
They have plenty of TV's, so this is a good option for major sporting events. On top of that, the food is pretty good. Neal and I only ordered appetizers - shrimp nachos and calamari. The nachos were decent but there wasn't a lot of shrimp and there wasn't enough coverage, meaning there were plenty of plain chips lying on the plate. The calamari was pretty good - no real issues there.
