Called an hour ahead for a cab...never showed. Too busy we were told, after waiting half an hour. No apology. Used Lyfft, which arrived in 5 mins.

Screw this company! They said 6 minutes away so I called after ten minutes had past to make sure they were still coming as I've been waiting outside and they said well our driver showed up and you weren't there and that they'd called me. It's no wonder the cab business is failing

I did not use radio cab but had a experience on the road with one of there drives. Whoever was driving vehicle 64 tonight 1/29/22 in portland oregon was all over the road, had their phone directly in front of there face, wasn't using turn signals and was slamming on his breaks both on I5 and in kenton area, I called the company to complain and was told technical they are deliver drivers so they ate legally allowed to be on there phone. Then was redirected to a line that just hung up on me. I did not waste my time calling back. I do not advise using this company if this is the standard they hold

I took taxi #79 on 12/29 and it was a scary experience, with the driver constantly looking down at his phone with Google Maps in his right hand while texting in between lane merges on the highway. In fact, he was so distracted that he nearly missed an exit, so he pulled over in the gore area (the triangular area in between the highway lanes and the exit ramp) and waited to exit. I completely understand that this saved me time/money as a passenger, but it definitely isn’t too much to ask for taxi drivers (real ones, not random Uber/Lyft drivers) to prioritize safety and professionalism to begin

I called to find out if I could order a cab for a later time. The dispatcher was very kind,but clear. Cabs were on a first come first served basis. It had been a partial snow day for the city and the slush was melting fast. I got my answer and made my decision. If I needed a Radio cab I would be sure to call them but my driver was willing to face the roads!!!

With Uber and Lyft, the price the app gives you is the price you pay. NOT SO WITH RADIO CAB. Reserved a cab in advance based on estimate in the app of $34-$36; actual ride cost before tip was $47.20. This seems like blatant false advertising, and had I known that this would be the actual price, I never would have booked with Radio Cab. Extremely disappointed that I was lied to about the rate, and I will never be using Radio Cab again.

No Show/No Notice! I scheduled a pick-up from the airport on 12/26 at 11pm a few days in advanced. I received booking confirmation # in email/text. At 11:11pm, I called the company because I haven’t received a call or text from a driver as I was still waiting for a pick-up. The operator said, they have been “waiting” for me to call and I would have to wait 2-3 hours to be picked up because I haven’t called them, which defeats the purpose of scheduling a ride a few days in advance! I told him I don’t remember receiving instructions to call them. The operator said they did not give me the

It makes sense to ride with radio regularly, especially if you need a ride home on a frequent basis after work. They will notice and show up for you more quickly. That and they don't have surge pricing as lyft and uber often have in unfriendly weather conditions. Thanks radio cab! Give them same love.

Always been so busy with their job and yet carry a down to earth conversation and smile . Like a time where the cleavers may have experienced. Wholesome feel in a garage and mechanics. And taxis are . Doesn't matter. These guys get the job done right.

I totally understand why this company gets so many one star reviews. My personal experience was much the same. Impersonal, unhelpful, unable or unwilling to answer even the most basic questions, their phone script is an endless loop which, while it offers the option of allowing you to press "0" to speak with an operator, pressing 0 merely throws you into another useless loop. Quite a waste of time.

In addition, they allow you the option of communicating via text, even encouraging questions, but this only yields more frustrations as they don't actually answer any of them, they just

I was going to call them to compliment their driver Tara but decided to make it public instead.
Monday I was assaulted and went to the hospital. After ten hours of x-rays and CT scans and a surgery on my ear I was discharged and a cab was called for me. Tara was at the door waiting when I exited the hospital. She immediately got out and helped me with my case and to get me seated. She was friendly, professional, personable and made sure I was helped in every way including letting me unburden about the random assault that broke my shoulder, damaged my ribs, knee and ear.

I choose radio cab because I thought they would be more reliable as real cab company. Guess again. I needed to go to the airport in the early morning so I arranged a pick up time the day before..
They showed up 25 minutes late and the driver claimed it hadnt been assigned until 13 minutes before he picked me up. Of course I missed my flight. I couldn't get rebooked for a day and a half, and it was for a family medical emergency. These guys are useless.

They could have communicated with me MUCH better at dispatch. Once I finally got my cab everything was wonderful. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. She was apologetic for the wait time we experienced. I was really disappointed initially, but I'm the end I got home quickly and safely.

Booked cab in advance (weeks)for pickup for our flight to our honeymoon. Dispatch told us someone was on their way. They did not arrive on time. Called back and they said no one was coming as they didn’t have enough drivers. Do not book with them as they do not insure a driver and do not inform you. Made the start to our honeymoon terrible.

Terrible service!

Recently we had scheduled a pick up for 4:00 am in order to make a 6:00 am flight out of PDX. We made the reservation some weeks before, to make sure the cab would be available at that time.

On that date we waited as 4:00 am came and went, and at 4:15 called Radio Cab to check on the pick up. We were told that they were trying to get in touch with an available cab, and as soon as they could do that they'd let us know. We told them that was unacceptable, that we had scheduled the pick up well in advance and we needed to get to the airport and make our flight. The representative

At 902 I requested a car from radio cab to pick me up at 10 and saw the big red wording that id be charged a fee if I cancelled less than 2 hours prior to the pick time. I was planning to enjoy a late meal before watching the Rocky Horror Picture Show. 10 comes around but no cab. 1010 rolls around and I get a text apologizing for the lateness and to respond to the text if there's any questions. I asked for an eta since I pre-ordered my cab. Got no response. I text again at 1020 telling them by 1030 I'll be 30 minutes and I would have to look at uber or lyft. Got no response. I called

We're from out of town, and scheduled a cab to the airport for our early morning flight home. About 10 minutes after it should have arrived, we call to get a status update. The operator said they were still trying to find a car, asked how we were going to pay, and then just said, "Ok thank you" and hung up. 15 minutes pass, no car. Fortunately we were able to wake up a local friend and get a ride, but this kind of unreliability could have made us miss our flight. We aren't from here, but if we were, I wouldn't try to use this company again.

I had a reservation for 3:30am to take me to the airport.
I called at 3:45am to find out where the cab was, just to find out they still hadn't assigned a cab to pick me up.
When I told them that was unacceptable, their response was "yeah well, we're busy and a reservation isn't a guarantee"

WHAT??! That's exactly what a reservation is!

Needless to say, I was late to the airport and missed my flight.

NEVER USING RADIO CAB AGAIN!
