AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This a predatory and uncaring business. I was charged double the price I was quoted, and for my final appointment, they never told me the cost prior to service, despite their policy stating that i should be informed and charged prior to service. I will explain in more detail below.
The final appointment (of 3) was for a test evaluation of 1 hour, and on the website they have a fee schedule that puts this evaluation in the range of 150-165 dollars, and is meant to be paid prior to service. I was not prompted to pay for this service prior to the appointment, and would not have

I’m 2013 I took my son to Brains after my pediatrician recommended them. My son had been telling us that he was having a terrible time focusing in school and he thought he may have ADD like his older brother does. He did not show any of the same typical ADD signs that his brother had upon his diagnosis, so I was happy to have the referral to Brains.
I knew right up front that I had a $250 copay, and never felt one time that I was any less then fully informed.
We went there thinking my son had ADD. Wow- were we wrong. My son saw Dr Christina Warholic and Was diagnosed with SEVERE social anxiety

My son has recently received a medical diagnosis from BRAINS and has started ABA therapy. I can't say enough good things about the team at BRAINS. We've only just begun and we are already very happy and highly impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone with concerns for their child's mental health and well being.

Highly recommend BRAINS. Everything from scheduling appointments to the services are just so accommodating!! We are able to make evening appointments, some weekends!! We have had multiple evaluations done for our son and BRAINS was by far the most thorough one we have had. Dr. Piehl made my son feel completely at ease. And our therapy is going great. They keep us parents involved while also keeping my son’s privacy so feels he can share and work through his issues without concern that his thoughts will be shared. I wish we had BRAINS available to us when my son was younger, they have made such

First off the ladies at the front are not cordial. Dr. Wolfe and Dr. Busch and the other doctors were amazing! I did not appreciate the full pay up front! Or we can't help you. I paid $593.04. So no Christmas, no birthday for me, no groceries (including diapers, baby formula, food etc.) So we had to make the very difficult decision to miss a car payment just to get a few essentials. No attempt was offered to help us in any way. Was quite literally told you have to pay this or we cannot help you today. I was in tears. I paid b/c my son needed the assessment. If I could continue to work with the

Rotten people. We were really optimistic about helping my daughter with her schooling. She is extremely smart but has trouble focusing. They wasted a bunch of my time on a waiting list then phone interviews. Then wouldn't charge my secondary insurance because i didn't send them the card. Went though all the trouble re-ording the card and am still ending up just paying cash. Their customer service is just rude and rotten. It's too bad because after a year I am back at square one and they still get paid. Don't recommend.

Brains offers a wide array of services for children in need of neurologic/neurophyschologic assistance. The assessments and testing offered are very thorough and can assist in the proper diagnosis of children with brain injury or behavioral issues.
In addition to the assessment and diagnosis phase, they also offer counselling, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavioral and speech therapy. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility should you require any of these services for your child.
