Crisan is our rockstar office manager and has a passion for details and making people feel welcome. She loves spreadsheets and giving warm hugs! In her free time, she enjoys cooking with her kids, playing games, movie nights, family bike rides and chatting with her mom friends. Erica's superpower is working with individuals with eating disorders and partnering with people to rediscover the joy and meaning in their lives!
Coaching is a tool for an individual to gain clarity, direction, and support while moving past barriers caused by fear, anxiety, confusion, toxic thoughts, and uncertainty as they transition to the next stage in their life. A coach helps you create new habits that lead to accomplishing your desired goals.

I highly recommend Rebecca as a genuinely caring, dedicated, honest and effective therapist that is motivated to really get people "better" rather than getting you wrapped up in years of therapy. She offers really neat alternatives to the traditional "sit on a couch" type approach- you can do walk and talk therapy with her or event online counseling sessions! Perfect for busy people on-the-go and adolescents. Rebecca is just an incredible person who is amazing at what she does!
