Laura T. Neely, MSW, LCSW, LISAC is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor and owner and director of Next Step Counseling, in Tucson, AZ since 2008. Laura received her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and her bachelor's in psychology from the University of Arizona.

Once you've completed your homework, email it back in order to get credit. Be sure to complete your homework before your next class.
What days are Intakes done? What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept cash, money order, credit or debit cards. We DO NOT accept personal checks. Do you accept insurance? I scheduled an intake for a court appointed assessment and rushed there after court to be on time.
There was no one there and no one answered the phone. I knocked multiple times, waited to see if someone eventually came, left a few messages on their voicemail. This was the most stressful time in my life and the people were not even there! If you want more stress then make an appointment here.
They never even called me back to respond to my messages or reschedule.

Laura is incredibly rude I was not being rude in anyway shape or form all I did was ask for a copy of the rules because they were not provided to me as far as their classes go and I was told to take my class elsewhere for asking for something completely appropriate and then hung up on. I 100% do not recommend anybody ever uses their service

Extremely frustrated with this company!! Make a smart decision and go elsewhere. I paid and attended 10 classes, $35 each one.They stated based on their records I had only completed 9 classes. So I attended an additional class to finally be done with the back and forth. I was told by Laura Jr that I had to pay for that final class. I sent an email showing proof of the receipts that I had clearly paid for 10 classes….. But yet I’m still being told to pay another $35?!! I guess that’s how this business operates after reading other reviews, smh. You are at their mercy because you’ve already

I had a great experience all around. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into , and taking these classes helped me in many ways with my journey and also met great individuals sharing same experiences. Laura was amazing and did a great job. I actually enjoyed my weekly counseling sessions and look forward to popping in one day. Thank you,

Next Step was a terrible experience for me. Laura doesn't care about you or any experience you had with the law. You are just a number and $ to her. She has control over your situation and does so accordingly to her own personal thoughts and not whay the laws are. Its been a while since my dui. And I still havr nighmares about what Laura did to me and the funds she took from me.

The people who work here are incredibly disrespectful. I was hung up on by a lady because she did not want to answer my questions. she was hostile during the entire conversation and she acctually moked me like a child would. For your own sake spend an extra $20 and get treated like a human being at any other location. There are many locations that offer the same services with more respect.

Horrible service, I signed up for a diversion class and teachers did not show up to that class on two separate occasions forcing me to be late on my deadlines and asking for an extension. Once I finished that class they never emailed my certificate and it almost got me suspended from the program. They also have absolutely rude receptionist who have no respect and hang up on their customers. I do not recommend for anyone who is trying to sign up for any type of diversion as this place will dirty your record because of the slack that they carry.

While the class is more than a few others that our industrious city court system gives you. I would recommend in knowing how much you expect to be paying and for what. You don't want to be surprised at the end. Was quoted that I owed more than was previously told. By a 100$ Save your receipts, and get it in writing!!!
