My name is Lindsey and I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I've made it my life's work to guide and support you in cultivating a more peaceful relationship with food and your body, help you break free from chronic dieting, eating disorders, and disordered eating, and learn how to eat for your body.
I get it, friend, I've been there. It can be exhausting, all consuming, and feel isolating. Not only is there external pressure telling us what, when, how to eat, and what we're supposed to look like, but for many, our struggles with food may have actually become our coping mechanism to get through life- something shaming yourself for will never fix.
My mission is to help you change your relationship with food and your body, break free from diet culture, and give you your life back; and together, we're going to make that happen, one step-at-a-time. This all starts by understanding the source of your struggle, taking inventory of your beliefs and behaviors, and providing you with bullshit-free nutrition science so we can empower you and set you free.

I had reached the point of being unable to make any decisions about food. Everything felt "wrong" to me. In my sessions with Lindsey, we identified some of the beliefs I had around food, the way I made decisions around food, and where those things came from. I was able to reset my belief system around food and learn how to eat for the purpose of nutrition for the first time in my life. This has revolutionized my life. I can grocery shop without anxiety and I eat regularly. I am fueled by food instead of caffeine. I cannot recommend her enough.

Working with Lindsey was such a good experience! I was referred to her by my therapist to assist my eating disorder recovery. Being vegan, I wanted to get ideas on meals that would add variety to my grocery list while also assuring me that my meals gave my body proper nutrition. We worked via telehealth together, but her gentle approach was wonderful, felt like getting advice from a friend. Lindsey’s personal and professional experience made our work together powerful and filled with great pieces of information that I will take with me after our work together is finish! Highly recommend!

A few months ago, I reached a breaking point. For years, I tried every diet or “lifestyle change” known to man. I got in a cycle of setting ridiculous and unrealistic rules for myself, failing to stick to them, hating myself, and binge eating. I spent the majority of my time thinking about food and researching diets, hoping I would finally find “the one”. I felt totally helpless, and I decided I needed some professional help to fix my relationship with food. I started working with Lindsey, and I’m so glad that I did. I’ve always struggled with finding the time to eat healthy being a full time professional student. After many failed attempts with personal trainers in the past, who have tried to get me to count every calorie and who have made me feel guilty for eating foods I enjoy, I finally reached out to Lindsey. Lindsey is phenomenal. I've worked with several different dietitians and nutritionists in the past, and my work with Lindsey has - hands-down - had the most lasting and positive effects on my daily/weekly diet. She was upfront from the beginning about the realities of both my particular struggles, and about lasting changes for lasting results, which I really appreciated (it was before my wedding).

Lindsey is not just a nutritionist she is a compassionate and understanding human being that treats you for the person you are and not for the struggles you may have with food. I have struggled with a restrictive eating disorder for 30 years and have had my share of nutritionists. Lindsey takes an entirely different approach. From my first conversation with Lindsey I felt heard and validated and never felt pressured to change in ways I did not want to or was not ready to. Lindsey helped me in more ways that I can count. She opened my eyes to a lot of issues that I had never dealt with and then gave me the resources to start healing them. I 100% recommend her services if you are struggling with your relationship with food and are tired of constantly dieting and feeling guilty around food.
