Prestige Home Inspections were amazing to work with! I highly suggest getting the thermal imaging inspection along with your typical home inspection. The thermal imaging found two leaks we wouldn't of know about till it was to late. Everyone we were in contact with was extremely friendly, understanding and educational!

Our first time speaking with Ronda was very pleasant. She explained everything in detail that we could expect with our home inspection. She was always kind, patient, and responsive with the many questions we had. Our inspector Scott was professional and clear when explaining defects or concerns around the home. From the moment I called and spoke with Rhonda to the moment I received my written report for my home inspection from Rob, my entire experience with Prestige Home Inspections could not have been more pleasant.
Robs inspection was incredibly thorough! He went over every concern I had with the house before I even mentioned them and gave me a lot of insight into other issues with the house that I would have either never noticed on my own, or wouldn't have known about for potentially months until after i had purchased the home. He gave me clear advice on what could be done to improve/fix each problem

Prestige is by far the best inspection company in Canton! We have used their services twice and both times we have been highly impressed by the work they have done. Rob did our inspections and he looked at the home from top to bottom! He then goes through the home with us, shows any concerns and explains anything that is troubling that should be addressed immediately. The office staff is also extremely friendly and super helpful. We will definitely be using Prestige for any home inspection needs!

Rob uncovered multiple issues/concerns, provided guidance on cost estimates for the repairs/remediation and I decided to pass on the property.
