I located this place via my employer. I contacted them early October 2020 seeking grief counseling for my 5 year daughter. We lost her grandmother (my mother) to COVID April of 2020 and she is not taking it well. The 1st representative advised me she couldn’t really say how long we would be waitlisted and the waitlist is based off of insurance. Now I don’t know exactly how that works but it sounds terrible and a little unethical. I’ve been following up occasionally to no avail. My last message was sent 12/30/2020 and I didn’t hear anything back from the person I was assigned to.

My son is autistic and certain challenges come along with it. Child Savers is phenomenal at what they do, although they specialize in helping children through traumatic events they can help children through all kinds of struggles. Play therapy seems to be a favorite of most kids. They have a plethora of puppets, toys, games, a sand tray room that I'd like to play in and I'm ....well I'm old. Lol they have a lot of experienced therapists and I've yet to meet someone there who isn't super friendly
