Dave and his associate Jamie were such a pleasure to work with! As first time buyers, we were a bit anxious about the whole process, but they made it so simple and easy for us, and explained each step along the way! Dave is an amazing realtor...he is the best I've worked with out of the 10 or so I've worked with over the last 20 years. Dave is very responsive and available, and is also extremely knowledgeable of his craft. I noted that he continues to pursue classes in the field to stay up to date on the latest changes in real estate, and is also very knowledgeable of home repairs and maintenance, which came in very handy during my purchase. I have had the pleasure of working with Dave Fernandez for 20 years in AZ. He helped us purchase our dream home in Scottsdale in 2000 and just sold it last month 11/2020.
