Bay Area Creative Kids (B.A.C.K.) was formed to give more children in Benicia and the surrounding area a chance to create and grow through the dramatic and visual arts. The goal of my classes is always to inspire children to be comfortable speaking and telling their stories, whether it is to their friends, their families, in their classroom, or on a stage.
Theater inspires confidence to bring their stories to life and to let their voices be heard. With our youngest learners in mind, BACK is committed to small class sizes so every child gets their chance to shine!

Services
Bay Area Creative Kids classes are a great way to introduce the long-term benefits of dramatic arts participation which include developing motor skills and speaking skills, building confidence, and enhancing early social skills and creative learning. Join us after school as we crawl, leap, slide, spin, slither, and jump our way through adventures!
Summer theater camps for children K-3rd grade. Camps combine voice, movement, acting, and stage craft training in a supportive, collaborative environment. Enter a magical world of heroes and villians, dragons and princes, sorcerers, fairies, and queens. Children will explore classic fairy tales while they learn to create characters through voice, acting, and movement.
Bay Area Creative kids was founded to enrich children's lives in our community by making the arts accessible to a wider range of children through after school, community, and summer programs, arts advocacy, and community involvement.
Although the company is not officially non-profit, we give back to the community through a variety of not-for-profit arts outreach including volunteer work, Arts Now membership, apprentice training opportunities, and needs-based scholarships which help enrich children's lives through the arts. Our scholarship program is partially funded by interested donors.
