Cannot say enough good things about Diamond Mansion. We love the eternity band we bought for our wedding. Absolutely beautiful. The price point was perfect and Dino was so patient with us. Very nervous about buying a ring online that we didn't get to see in person, and having it shipped across the country, but Dino answer our calls with patience and was very understanding and friendly. Diamond Mansion will stay our jeweler for future purchases!!

The Diamond Mansion was recommended to me. Thankfully I was more than impressed. Dino and his team did a great job making a ring from scratch. My fiancé showed me a couple rings she liked from Cartier and Tiffany. He designed a ring that combined the best parts of both. We found an amazing GIA stone and the finished product blew me away. More importantly it blew her away. And even more importantly her friends and family are in awe. She got the stone she wanted, the halo she wanted, and the pavé to exact specifications. I wanted to upgrade the setting for my wife's engagement ring. I did a google search and diamond mansion came up as the best reviewed and recommended. I just am seriously so happy I found this place. I was very nervous to take my wife's stone and leave it somewhere and not only did they make me super comfortable, but they gave the best service overall. They designed the setting in 3D and made it exactly to my instruction. The pricing was also way less than the original setting I got, but I got more diamonds and the color was very good as well.

My engagement ring came from Diamond mansion. The design was exactly what I wanted, but a few months later one of the side diamonds came out. The way that they handled this crisis for me made the experience no trouble at all; in fact made the overall experience exceptional. As a bride, I was distraught over not having my ring while it got repaired, but the level of service and communication about every step of the process was amazing. My ring is stunning!

Dino and the team at Diamond Mansion put together the perfect engagement ring. The whole process was low pressure and very easy. They knew exactly what I was trying to do, and they executed it perfectly. If I had known the whole process could be this easy, I would have come into it with much less apprehension.
My fiance looked at the ring and thought it was a joke...it was "too perfect." I think that's the best review I could leave.

Like most people making the most important decision of their lives, I was very hesitant to make a purchase of this magnitude online, never having met the seller, never having seen the diamond and like every review I read Dino did not disappoint! From the very first conversation I put him through the ringer with all of my questions about the exact diamond I wanted. He went and found what he thought I might like (I didn't), then he went back and searched again and again until he found the perfect diamond. He was always a great communicator throughout the entire process.

After my review of this jewelry store, I received an email from them claiming that they were "good guys" and offered me a gift certificate if I would buy from them. I suppose that it was a veiled attempt to win my graces in the hopes that I would retract my bad review of their store.
