Rich and I could not be happier with the customer service and attention that we recieved when we purchased our boats from WMF Watercraft! They helped us to sell our first Pontoon, so that we could upgrade to a brand new 2021 Catalina VRB Tritoon powered by a 300 mercury. I can’t say enough good things about WMF Watercraft and their team. We dealt with Bill Forenski (owner), Ulla, and the other Bill (boat delivery and demo) and all three of them were fantastic. Ulla and Bill F. patiently explained all of the different layouts and options while we were making the purchase and made the titling process painless. Bill was extremely helpful and patient during the boat delivery/demo and genuinely wanted to teach us all about the boat. Took my boat over to Pat at WMF for the warning horn. Took three weeks to get it back. Communication consisted of me calling them to check the status. Having said that ,they said they flushed out the motor thoroughly and that must have dislodged a clog because the horn stopped sounding and Pat charged what i thought was very fair price. Communication could have been better but i believe they do good honest work and thats all you can ask for.

I just had the most awesome experience with Chris at WMF Watercraft servicing my jet skis where Short's Marine had for three times & still couldn't fix it but they had no problem charging me for nothing. I will use WMF for now on for my jet skis & boat. They were very knowledgeable and honest. I wish I used their services years ago but thank God I found them now. When I need a new boat or jet skis they will be the only dealer I'll use. Bottom line is they are awesome.
