I will make another bold statement by saying our staff is my first priority. My primary responsibility is to have a happy staff. I want to ensure everyone who works here come in with the support they deserve, the energy to fulfill their lives, and the feeling that they belong here. Peter has deep connections to Vast Dental in Newton because of the relationship he has with the community. Peter went to Our Lady's Newton Catholic Elementary and also served as an altar-boy. They have all the bells and whistles, but they truly only care about the $$$. Everything was overpriced and they pushed extra treatments. I paid out of pocket for a very poorly done crown that has to be replaced. Their new inexperienced dentist was aggressive and gave me one of the most painful fillings I've ever had. The receptionists act like teenagers. The list goes on- I'll never go back.

They constantly pressure you for their deep cleaning service. It's tough to take them seriously when they say this to almost all of their clients. And I know this sense they have pushed this on several of my family members as well. Thank god I switched out of their practice and am now very happy with my neww dentist

So far, I’ve had an amazing experience at this dentist! The receptionists are so helpful, and so thoughtful and kind! I had mentioned to one of the girls that green was my favorite color, she gave me one of their pens, and the next time I came, she even gave me a thermos in green! How thoughtful is that? The dentist is very thorough and walked me through everything that was going to happen, and it not any point in time did she make me feel bad about my current dental health. I can’t wait to get my smile to how it should be at this location.

I was scheduled for an appointment on June 11th, and we found out yesterday that the hygienist is out of town that day. I'm not sure why I was even scheduled on that day in the first place, but now the appointment is pushed till July, almost a month away. Still scheduled to go in, so this review might change depending on the practice. But at this point, I'm going to look somewhere else that will uphold my appointment.

Vast has been extremely helpful with everything. I have had sensitivity for over 6 years. I have been to multiple dentists and none have been able to figure anything out. Vast took the extra time to hear my concerns and actively take an effort to help me. They give you all of your options for costs and help you pick out what works best for you and what time frame. For the first time in 6 years, I can eat cold ice cream without my teeth hurting! I highly recommend Vast to anyone! I was nervous about getting my first root canal and they walked me through the entire process of what they were going

The ladies here are awesome. I needed a lot of work done on my teeth after a long bout of illness led to some nasty acid erosion, and Dr. Hoang and her staff were wonderful about getting me in for everything I needed quickly. Everyone was kind and friendly throughout the whole process-- they really make you feel welcome there.
Post root-canal Dr. Hoang called to check up on me and make sure I was feeling all right, and when I mentioned some pain from the fit of the crown got me in that same day to adjust it. I've never been scared of dental work, though I've definitely never found it

Terrible! I've gone there twice and never again. This place feels like McDentists. The first time I received a cleaning and the technician was trying to sell me on the deep cleaning about 10 times even though I told her I cannot afford it, she put me through the worse pain I have ever endured during a cleaning and I go to the dentist regularly. The second time I came in my dentist was apparently already replaced by somebody else. The technician was using the spit sucker on my mouth to the point where my mouth and tongue hurt. I had to tell him to stop I didn't have any more spit left

My first real visit was 2 weeks ago where it was more of an emergency than a visit. I had a broken tooth (for too long), and it suddenly started to really bother me. This was my first real toothache So, I was seen quickly and the doctor after examining me ( I had resigned myself to having it pulled or capped or crowned or whatever) gave me the bad news. It was an infection! She gave me a prescription for an antibiotic, I go it filled and by the next day the pain started to ease. So today I was back for another check up and a deep cleaning. Of my teeth. Quick, efficient, painless. Now

Really pleasant people and the office is very nice and technologically advanced, with nice chairs with massage capabilities and personal TV's. They have some great kid's toys that they will bring out for kids who need amusing, and Olaf shows up from time to time.
The cleaning took a bit longer than i am used to, but they did a great job in the end.
