The Barn 305 truly outdid themselves for my wedding. Every detail from the food to the flowers was perfect. The main thing for me was that the ceremony would be special, and it was!! The ceremony area is surrounded by waterfalls and has string lighting covering it. The best part was that as the sun was setting, as I was saying my vows and the rays of sun just seeped in perfectly. At night the pictures were so wonderful. There are bistro lights all throughout the cocktail area allowing for us to be next to the gardens full of koi fish while greeting and welcoming our guest to our wedding. The appetizers

The Barn 305 is one of the most beautiful venues I’ve been to and worked with in the Miami / Homestead area! From the time I emailed for more information and my first visit I was in love and knew this would be the perfect outdoor venue for my homecoming dance. Katherine and Ivan are so easy to work with and are passionate about this place. Communication was easy and friendly… made me feel like part of the family. The space is so well thought out and it’s natural beauty makes for tons of perfect picture spots. The koi ponds and water features are my favorite. The tiki hut is the perfect place

We did our holiday staff party at the Barn 305. It was a marvelous event!! Katherine and Ivan were so professional, helpful, and caring. They ensured that the evening was enjoyable for all!! The various services that are provided from the food and drinks to the music and to the security and made the planning so easy!! Everyone loved the food, so delicious!!! Finally, the venue itself is beyond beautiful both night and day!!! Our staff is wanting the Barn 305 to do all of our parties!!! I highly recommend the Barn 305 as a venue!!

This place and their employees are beyond what words can describe. Awesome venue for your special event. Owners are very nice and polite our wedding turned out gorgeous. I was able to have every detail fall into place and the party went on without a hitch. Amazing people work so hard for even the smallest detail to be nothing less than perfect. I highly recommend for any occasion.

Thank you so much to Ivan and his wife for having helped us make my daughter’s wedding such a special day. I am so happy to have found this amazing venue. The place is gorgeous. Every details were thought about. Everything was so perfect! Ivan and his team were so pleasant to deal with. I really recommend this place! If you are not sure about it while looking at the pics online just go down to see the place, it’s breathtaking!

After visiting numerous locations for our venue we decided to celebrate our wedding at the barn 305. The place was stunning the moment we walked in. It had a beautiful island were we had our amazing ceremony surrounded by a ponds filled with beautiful koi fishes. Very clean and elegant. It had a beautiful horse stable, an amazing cabin for the bride and a room for the groom. An enormous dance floor with a nice playground for the children and much more. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We totally recommend booking your event at the barn 305. You will not regret it!

As a bride, I couldn’t have felt any better about my wedding day. Ivan and his staff were great! They helped me with everything and helped around to make sure my wedding day was at its best. I honestly felt comfort and “stress free” at all times. It was a rainy morning, but that didn’t stop them from making sure everything was on point. I honestly can say this was the best experience a bride could have and would recommend The Barn 305 to everyone when your planning an event. You won’t feel alone throughout the process. It was the best day ever!

Everything went perfect doesn’t cut it, when you have a person like Ivan, his wife and whole team running things for your big day just know it doesn’t get better than them. Everything my wife and I wanted he made it happened, through circumstances (the weather in Miami in this case) he acted fast and resolved this issue for my wife and I. More importantly, my guests. The barn 305 itself is beautiful. The ponds were crystal clear with swimming Koi fishes, the set up where Ivan posted each individual working that night made sense, the grass looked in perfect condition, the lighting was exceptional
