Rangewater has hit it out of the park with this community. What a beautiful concept they have created which has the feel of a true neighborhood environment. The Cottages at Ridge Point have all of the newest appointments in their homes from the counter tops to the lighting package. The office staff is top of the line when it comes to Customer Service and professionalism. As an Apartment Locator, I am over joyed to be able to refer clients to this incredible community.

Honestly one of the best places I’ve ever lived. The staff is amazing and incredibly sweet. They are so helpful, quick to respond and very friendly. I would highly recommend the cottages. The have phenomenal customer service and do an amazing job with maintenance and landscaping.

I recommend that people who are looking for a great place to live check out The Cottages at Ridge Pointe. They are beautiful. Jaycee is amazing. She made us feel so comfortable. My children was so happy with the way she handle them. She is great with people.

Cottages at Ridge Point has surely come up fast, it’s upgraded, and the office staff is so nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice and quiet community. I was referred by a friend and I hate moving! Cottages at Ridge Point made it all go so smoothly.

This is a very beautiful place ...Jaycee is phenomenal really! ... she went above and beyond. all the ladies there are beautiful they all helped me through my process ; especially being Newly divorced and a single parent. I would recommend this place to anyone all updated appliances, car garage etc.. Thank you Jaycee. 😘

Jaycee was delightful and very knowledgeable about the community! Only place in Athens that has attached garages. I recommend everyone go check this place out! Can’t beat the prices for the up to date appliances, size, atmosphere, and amazing staff! Go see them, forreal.
