Even though you are short handed your maintenance staff amazed once again. We put in a minor request to replace a bulb in the bathroom and the bulb under the microwave. They were here the next day. Kudus also to the management. The guys ran into a problem with the microwave that could have been fixed, Rather than having them spend the time fixing the problem, management had them put in a new microwave.

Ridge no luxury at all: criminal, noise, treadmill in home. the apartments like no ceiling no any sound prove, earlier morning treadmill on. the leasing office listen to lier no charging at all. this even can not happen in no luxury apartments but here happen every day from upstairs. if you are big fan to these things happen come here.

I lived there for 2 years and had an excellent time.
Overall very good ratio quality/price.
- The area - with its nature - is beautiful and safe
- The maintenance team is responsive
- Events are organized on a regular basis
- No issue with parking
- Amenities are decent
Strongly recommend for someone who works in Waltham.

** UPDATE **
I had a water pipe burst while I was living at The Ridge. I was promised a refund for extra $200 of water bill. The management promised that it'll be included in my security deposit check at move-out. Unfortunately, it wasn't. It took over 6 months for me to be refunded after the move-out.
During the 6 months.. I called the office about 10 times. Left messages with the front desk. The manager promising to call me back about 4 times. He never did. I had to call the district office 3 times. Emailed about 7 times. Finally, I contacted the BBB, and then I get an email

This apartment complex is adequate. I lived here for two years and never had any major issues, maintenance issues were addressed quickly and thoroughly, and the community is safe, pet friendly and relatively quiet. I really liked the fact that a security code is required to enter each building.
I only give them three stars however because considering the price they charge, I'm not sure what makes them luxury. If you have children, be advised that there is no playground on site, although the YMCA is right down the street and there is a pool that is open during the summer. Also, compared to

I lived here for four years, and I loved it. The apartment was super nice - crown moldings, high ceilings, gas fireplace, and (the best part) full size washer and dryer in the unit. I also had a detached garage (this is extra) that I thought was worth it - no brushing snow off my car nor digging it out. Speaking of snow - I don't know what kind of deal the apartment has with the snow plow company, but the parking lots are cleaned really quickly during and after storms. Any maintenance issues are handled with similar speed - even major stuff (my fridge died during a weekend, and a new fridge

This was the absolute worst renting experience of my life. I lost count of the number of times the fire alarm went off with nobody to fix it. You better hope nothing goes wrong on the weekends because you are out of luck. The last straw was the decision that the carpet for the entire apartment needed to be replaced upon move out and then sticking me with the bill. Rather than respond to my dispute they sent it to a collections agency with threats of reporting it to the credit agencies. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
