Al started our conversation well enough but very quickly began to not be able to keep facts straight. When corrected got very bitter and claimed I had an "anger issue". When you treat people like they are a witness to be cross examined they lose trust and faith in you. People come to you for help, not abuse. Would not approach again for any reason. People want an attorney who listens

Mr. Mokhtari was amazing. He was very professional and personable. We had a problem with our landlord (big apartment complex). We had problems with the apartment complex and we left without staying at the apartment even one night. The apartment wouldn’t let us out of the lease even though the apartment was filthy. Additionally then sent us to collections. Mr Mokhtari and their team saved us thousands of dollars and our credit scores. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any legal advice or problems. Brandon Henderson, Justin Weatherly, and their entire team at HMW Law were absolutely amazing! They worked extremely hard on my son’s case and made excellent arguments on his behalf. Throughout the process the met frequently with our son and he developed an excellent rapport with them which made him feel very comfortable discussing all aspects of his case. They left no stone unturned when it came to fighting these false allegations for him! For sake of my physical safety and mental sanity, never would I hire HMW.
I was made to take a Plea deal for a crime I didn't commit. For 5,000 dollars that was my last, I was absolutely forced into a plea deal by HMW's Partner or Jr Partner Ken. If this was smearing, I would have said a lot worse. Ken tells me "OH, the guy that accused you is just trying to get on with his life......." One month after I was absolutely not pushed but forced into a plea deal my landlord paid me a visit. The woman who he bought the house from was the accuser's mother and has been enabling

A few years back..I needed an Attorney to help settle a personal matter. After being "Strung" along for about 2 weeks by another Attorney (Not returning my calls, always re-scheduling meeting times, etc...) I was referred to Henderson & Weatherly...And whereas almost all "Legal Matters" can be INTIMIDATING; These guys made it bare-able...They answered and/or returned my phone calls, Kept me up to speed on any updates, and were "Realistic" about the outcome of my case.
Things Turned-out much better than i anticipated...and their price was Fair as well.
