Services
Dr. Arthur Kim, is a graduate of Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and continued his education at Andrews University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Kim graduated from SUNY College of Optometry in New York and received the Gold Key Award, an exclusive membership to the highest leadership honor society given to a student of doctor of optometry.
I have every confidence and trust in Dr. Kim's ability as an eye professional. My son, Cort, was having trouble reading in school. The words would move and sometimes turn colors on the page. He was suffering from headaches and exhaustion after just one day at school and would come home crying. Dr. Kim knew exactly how to treat his vision problems.

Not sure why I waited 35 years to see an eye doctor, I am very much looking forward to being able to read street signs again!

Making my appointment was quick and easy, patient forms are available online and they have a pretty good selection of glasses. The ability to get my glasses the same day (based on lens availability) was what put them over the top for me. Overall I am very pleased and I recommend this practice.

We loved our previous optometrist in Long Beach but with our recent move we thought we should find an office 10 minutes away versus an hour.
The woman who did my pre exam screenings was fantastic (I didn't catch her name) though I've had eye exams annually all my life, she was so thorough and explained everything so well. Dr. Kim was very personable and GREAT at answering all my questions (and I ask a lot of questions) regarding my vision changes with pregnancy/ nursing & lasik. Absolute best experience I have ever had with an eye doctor for my daughter! Even for him being out of network on our insurance I would definitely go to him again because I would pay to see him again! We were visiting town and he took my daughter as a walk in and dilated her eyes for the exam and was so helpful at explaining everything! It was so quick, It was definitely an amazing experience and would highly recommend him. His staff was very helpful as well!

Love the staff here! I previously went to a different optometrist office and wasn't satisfied with the service, decided to do some research and found this office. The staff was nothing less than perfect. They filled my prescription with the exact glasses I wanted in less than a week! It's safe to say I'll be coming back ASAP to get my prescription sunglasses done as well!

I never thought my kids would need glasses. But here we are... both my kiddos got glasses for the first time in their lives today
We are so happy with clear sight optometry and services by Dr. Kim. My kids felt comfortable throughout the eye exam, choosing frames, to trying on their new glasses.
Everyone was super friendly, answered all our questions and put me, anxious mama, at ease. My kids are happy campers, being able to see everything in a new light!

My husband went in for a contact prescription and Dr. Kim was able to give him some very useful information as well as recommendations for products that could help with his dry eye.. my husband also has a really bad astigmatism and their is only one brand and type of contact that he can use and Dr. Kim gave him some tips on how to take care of his eyes so that the sight does not worsen... definitely will continue to recommend Dr. Kim!

Dr.Kim and his team takes care of my whole family. I cannot see my family seeking care elsewhere. I reside in Fallbrook but am very willing to take the drive for the superior professionalism, awesome customer service, cleanliness, educated and helpful employees. This place is great! Highly recommend! Megan & Peggy are extremely professional and very kind. Dr. Kim was very attentive to my needs and we had two follow up appointments to find the best contact lens fit for me. Will definitely be coming back in the future. I called around beforehand to ask about prices and this was the most affordable price when getting both a glasses and contact lens prescription so that’s a great bonus!

The best optometry experience I have ever had (and I've had lots). I could tell that the staff here really care about their clients and take pride in their work. They conveniently gave me a reminder call for my appointment and the receptionist was so friendly and courteous over the phone and in person. The office is very modern with a relaxing atmosphere. Took my sister for her very first eye exam. We were greeted by Megan with a smile. They were very understanding because we did arrive 15 minutes late. And they still saw her, which we were very grateful. Dr. Kim was very thorough, informative, and attentive. At the end of the appointment I was very surprised with how great of service they have that I had Peggy check to see if I was able to do MY annual EYE EXAM . Peggy checked my insurance and they were able to fit me in. By that itself should say that these people are amazing! Will definitely come back annually.

So after my 4 year olds recent visit with her pediatrician, we were told she would need to see an optometrist. My other 3 children and I have never needed glasses and we are fairly new to California so instantly I'm like "Oh no, where do I even start?"

We've been looking for a really good eye doctor in the Temecula area and I'm so glad we found one! Thank you Dr. Kim for being a very caring, honest, and genuine person. Clear Sight Optometry is newly opened and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Plus, they have a wide selection of frames to choose from. It's a very comfortable place so you will definitely feel at home. Now my whole family's eye sight is taken care of and I finally started to learn how to use my prescription and reading glasses after so many years.
