It is difficult to find hiking type shoes for Women, in wide sizes. Most stores have nothing for me. However, Rugged Boot & Shoes had a wonderful shoe that worked great for me! I received excellent customer service. My husband and I now both shop in this store on a regular basis. Great people! Highly recommend!

Rugged Boot & Shoe is the only place that my husband and I have gone to get shoes since moving to the Hudson Valley 13 years ago. My husband had *very* wide feet (10.5EEEEEE) and I have fairly wide feet (7.5EE), and the staff and selection have always been on point. I have never had a bad experience, their customer service is stellar, and I tell everyone I can about them. They are no more expensive than anywhere else, plus you have the satisfaction of knowing that you're getting excellent product, excellent service, and that you're also buying from a small business.
