My wife and I absolutely adore arrowhead so much that we came back to live a second time! The office staff is one of the best I’ve ever come across. Jennifer and Lindsey do a great job of caring for their residents and taking care of any requests/issues. The leasing agents are always very welcoming and eager to help. The maintenance staff fix is amazing too! You will always feel at home here at arrowhead I can promise you that :)

Arrowhead Apartment has been a comfy home for me for the past 7 years. You'll find Jennifer, Lindsey and Savannah at the leasing office a joy to work with. Their response to any maintenance issues is speedy! The maintenance team (Jeff and Joel, among others) are capable, professional and do their best to keep my apartment in tip-top shape. You'd be hard-pressed to find a friendlier team who put your comfort as their priority. Most recently, Jennifer (the Community Manager) gave the green light to a few upgrades in my apartment: freshly-cleaned carpets, a new coat of paint and new vinyl flooring

We moved here from Columbus and it was the most affordable at the time. The location is great not too far fr downtown Loveland or Milford. The rent gets raised every year by $30-$50 which did make budgeting a nightmare. However, when we had to move out early they did work with us and were understanding about the fact the paint shop no longer could make the same paint color due to supply shortages. The downside which isn't the apartment management fault is that corporate office took forever to send/resend our lost deposit check.

I was at arrowhead for three years and throughout the time I was there I had two mold issues and dripping water from my upstairs neighbor's sliding door not being sealed none of which were ever answered promptly and had to badger maintenance to come out. Maintenance cut out a piece of my bathroom ceiling right above my shower. They said they would be back next day which they did not. It took them a month to repair my ceiling. This complex requires a 60 notice which is ridiculous so you better be sure you have an exit strategy or else they will pummel you with penalties. I moved to a month to month

Not great. Management (Jennifer) was very rude and crazy. The AC doesn't go below 78-82 in the Summer. It's so hot and appliances are outdated and old. VERY expensive for what you get. The only good thing about this place is the location because of the nice bike trial access. They never update anything and are letting the place fall apart. They recently made a deal with another apartment and are now letting anyone and everyone live there. A lot of old tenants moved out including me and new ones moved in. My apt was infested with bugs (mostly bees and ants) and pretty gross. It was a big living

Arrowhead was my first apartment on my own and I could not have chosen a better place to live. The community is wonderful and the apartment complex staff is always helpful. Anytime I needed maintenance to fix something they would come fix it within 24 hours. Not to mention the great amenities! The leasing staff is also exceptional at their job. They helped me with my lease renewal process as I was looking for houses and gave me the best options and advice along the way. I would 100% recommend Arrowhead to anyone looking for an apartment!

My wife and I lived here for just shy of two years and had a wonderful experience. The staff in both the office and maintenance were always very helpful and accommodating! Of course being right on the bike trail in Loveland is a great perk as well. Any issues we ever had while living there were always handled by the staff in a timely fashion. Would always recommend Arrowhead Apartments has a great place to live!

Staff was very friendly and helpful on our tour. We got to see the exact unit we would be moving into which was nice. The apartment is modern and quite well sized which we appreciate. This complex also has plenty of amenities which are a plus. It’s a bit more on the expensive side but close proximity to a walking/biking trail and a dog park make it worth it in our opinion.
